Security was horrible, door from outside was broken so anybody can enter. The place had a smell about it… the tv didn’t work. Finely by bill was sent via email and no information is on the bill. I’ve been trying to call to get my bill so I can submit an expense report. They pick up and hang up the phone because I’ve been letting it ring for so long. My last stay at a RI. Back to Hampton Inn I’ve never had any of this at the countless properties I’ve stayed at.
