ห้องนอนเล็ก ห้องน้ำใหญ่เท่าห้องนอน ถ้าเป็นห้องtriple ได้ข้างล่าง เลยไม่ได้เปิดหน้าต่าง ห้องเหม็นอับชื้น , ภาษีแพงมาก กว่าทุกเมืองที่ไป คนละ 4 ยูโร ข้อดีมีอย่างเดียว สะดวกเพราะอยู่หน้าสถานี รถไฟ roma termini , มาจากสนามบิน นั่ง leonado express ตรงสนามบิน มาจอดที่ สถานี รถไฟ roma termini ในสถานีนี้มี sub way ด้วย ถามเขาว่าในสถานีนี้ ไปทาง sub way ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ไหน ขึ้นทางขึ้นนั้น ข้ามถนน เดินไป 100 เมตรโรงแรมอยู่ขวามือ ขึ้นผิดทาง จากใกล้ ก็เป็นไกลเพราะ สถานีใหญ่มาก ในสถานี ไป ช็อปปิ้งเบรนเนม ขึ้นไป สามสี่สถานี ลง spanya หรืออะไรคล้าย คล้ายนี้ ถ้าไป vatican musuem ( อย่าลืมจองออนไลน์ ก่อน 2-3 วัน ไม่งั้นรอต่อคิว 2 ชม ประมาณ 16 ยูโร อย่าไปซื้อ skip the line 26 euro โดนหลอก และ st peter โบสถ์ที่ pope อยู่อย่าเสียรู้ ซื้อ skip line 20-30 ยูโร โดนหลอก เพราะ เข้าฟรี ไป 9 โมงเช้า skip หรือไม่ skip ก็ผ่านด่านตรวจscan 30นาทีถึง 1 ชม เหมือนกัน เข้าไป เข้าห้องน้ำ ขวามือให้เรียบร้อยเพราะเดินไกล ไป โคลอสเซียมนั่งsubway ได้เลย ทุกที่ 100 นาที เข้าออกกี่ครั้งไม่เป็นไร ภายใน 100 นาที 1.5 ยูโร

En natt för att vara nära tågstationen på morgonen. Hotellet gjorde jobbet, men inget exceptionellt.

Upon our arrival they said we only booked for 1 person not 2 I did not think it was that big of deal, but they sure did! The lady was instantly rude to us on the phone to someone being very dramatic then charged us an extra $200 cad for 4 nights, I could almost understand if there was a breakfast, but as there wasn't even coffee I do not understand the rudeness or the evasive charges. I do not reccomend this hotel.

Muy buena ubicacion, muy conveniente, facilidad transporte publivo

O hotel está MUITO bem localizado, na saída mesmo da estação Termini, a mais importante estação de metrô de Roma. E o melhor é q a saída que ela está voltada é mais segura, não tem muitos ambulantes e bagunça como a saída oposta. As instalações são muito boas, quarto confortável e amplo, recepcionista muito atencioso e simpático. Ficaria novamente e indico!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room exceeded all my expectations – it looked even better than in the photos. I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean too ! We were even able to check in earlier, as the room was ready two hours before the official check-in time, which was such a nice touch. A wonderful experience from start to finish – I highly recommend it!

Very nice location, next to the Termini Terminal. Also convenient to walk around the tourist attractions.

No hot water, staff claimed the tank was blocked , but hot water never came on. Staff just trying to make excuses as to why it’s not working.

Chose this hotel as well priced and situated next to termini station, room was basic as expected with price but clean and comfy for 2 nights

El personal muy amable, llegué antes de la hora del check in y la chica de recepción me dio una habitación que tenían libre, detalle que agradecí muchísimo porque había estado toda la noche de viaje. Relación calidad-precio estupenda, está a unos escasos cien metros de la estación de Termini. Habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas, pequeño frigo. Yo pondría una pequeña papelera en la habitación aparte de la del baño, pero insisto, en general mjy buena experiencia en el hotel.

O hotel é muito limpo, com preço justo e bem localizado. Porém tivemos uma experiência muito desagradável com uma funcionária da recepção. Sai para fazer um passeio as 7h da manhã, e retornei ao hotel somente a noite, e deixei alguns pertences na mochila no hotel enquanto estava ausente. Quando retornei notei que o quarto nao estava como deixamos, e o bolso da mochila aparentemente estava aberto, e havia desaparecido 30 euros da minha carteira, fui até a recepção questionar do ocorrido, a funcionária foi extremamente grossa e não quis ajudar em nada. Me xingou por eu estar acusando de roubo, e que poderia chamar a policia pela minha acusação. Por fim deixei o assunto de lado para não estragar a viajem, mas depois do ocorrido percebi que os funcionários do hotel olhavam com desprezo. Muito desnecessário

It was an okay hotel.. location is great near centrale Termini , bed was a little uncomfortable and you aren’t able to control your own air conditioner so you have to call down to the desk everytime you want to turn it on or off.. I thought that was strange, but he lady at the front seemed nice and willing to help if needed

Definitely a very old building but still very well kept. It was clean and functional. Not very spacious showers but that’s expected in an old building. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. You can see Termini station from out front which made it very convenient and walkable. If you’re not afraid of a good walk, everything you’d want to see is walkable. We walked about 30mins to Colosseum and 40ish to Trevi fountain and about an hour from the Vatican City. Excellent food options near by and felt very safe inside and out. Would stay again!
