Check in was quick and easy, air conditioner and Netflix did not work. Room stayed about 73 degrees which was manageable. Was told nothing could be done about the internet tv. Deposit was $100 per person, not $50 like it said. Stay was ok, but I would have just stayed at the Sonesta again for $200 less and a much smaller deposit as well.

Good stay before a flight

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean.

The hotel was reasonably clean however, no variety/options for breakfast.

Nice staff. Clean rooms. Pool area frequently out of towels, guests keeping outside door to patio leaving hot air in. Fitness center was ok . Breakfast was good but not my style of food. Rooms were clean , slow to get hot water from the faucet, no freezer section in frig.

The room was satisfactory,. The only complaint is that other guest on our floor were smoking Marijuana and the smell was overwhelming in the hall and also seeped into our room. All rooms are "Non-smoking ". When notifying the front desk about it, they didn't seem to concerned to address the issue.

Easy checking in,staff was wonderful

First have to say the Staff was nice and cordial …with that being said this facility is just lacking good up keep.. remember the elevator being dirty and the blankets in the room not smelling fresh…won’t say they were dirty but they definitely didnt seem as if the blankets had been changed. Besides that it was an ok stay!

If you are flying out of BWI this is one of the best. Awesome breakfast, check out the photos not seen such a good spread anywhere recently. This has a pool so you expect lots of kids and noise on the lobby. But the rooms are pretty new and Clean with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Got good food options nearby and bwi is 5 mins away with shuttle service

The place was clean and nice. It did have a few bugs in it. The only thing that I didn’t like the place is that my medication was on the table and when I got back to my room it was on the floor in the corner and some pills were gone.

Easy in and out for an overnight stay.

The hotel was just a hotel. Nothing to brag about. The room we had was oddly shaped with a strange location for the tv. The “crib” we got for my 13 month old was a pack and play with an extremely uncomfortable “mattress”. I’m not sold on going back.

Didnt get the 2 bedroom queen. Was told by the staff it was first come first serve but I checked in at 4:15pm.I payed for an upgrade and because I went through a third party, I couldn't get what I want. Crazy. Room was good but had to share a bed. Smh. I will just book through Marriott the next time.

They only had one person working front desk the whole time, pillows were flat, i asked the cleaners to come back and clean the room after i was done showering because they came in while i was in the shower and they told me i had to wait until the next day but besides that it’s was good and quiet

Property was clean and the staff was very nice!
