The room stank of sewage .. bad smells coming up through drains.. no one advised on arrival you needed padlock for gym and pool locker and hotel unable to supply one.. place was tired and a bit run down

I stayed at the hotel for one night for a work event. While the event itself was excellent, the stay was extremely disappointing. When we arrived at our room, we discovered there was no running water in the bathroom taps or toilet. After the event there were also no options to get a drink, as the bar had already closed and there were no vending machines available. When I asked at reception, I was told there was no running water throughout the hotel and that we were unable to purchase any bottled water or food either. Luckily a kind security staff provided us with a small bottle of water each. I was sharing the room with a colleague, which made the situation even more uncomfortable as we were unable to use the shared bathroom at all. Overall, this had a significant impact on our stay and left us very dissatisfied.

Room was toasty warm to walk into. Clean and well stocked with towels and toilet paper

Room was lovely cold at first but staff sorted it straight away. Good amenities and food selection in. Perfect location. Would recommend

There was only one chair in the room and the bed was too high for me to sit on. I'm 5'4" average height for a woman. There were only 4 coffee capsules which we used on the first day and we weren't given any more. There was no decaffeinated coffee. The bed was very soft. My husband and I both got backache. Our wet towels weren't replaced.

The room was great. I left my hat there unfortunately. That wasn't the hotel's fault though, obviously. The TV didn't work either but I didn't stay in the room much so no big deal. Hotel might want to check it though.

Clean room, a really nice bar, friendly staff. Breakfast was great 👍

Nice modern clean room with coffee and tea facilities, TV worked which is rare! Bathroom clean with walk in shower that was nice and powerful. Sleep was great, bed and 2 pillows each was very comfortable and no late night noise :-)
