The room was very dated but clean. Our door didnt actually close properly so light shined through and you heard literally everything. The free breakfast included was subpar at best.

The first room I was given had insulation from the vent fan in bathroom all over the bathroom. Changing rooms was easy and they did check to see if everything was alright after the changing rooms. The pool slid had brown water coming out at the top to slid down with. Bathroom door stayed closed over night with fan on and when opening in the morning it smelt like mold. The bedding was terrible.

Breakfast and staff

Property is dated but decently maintained. Location was great, easy to get to with food and walmart close by. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice with a few options. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. Room didnt smell fresh. When asked for the room to be made up halfway through our stay only one bed was changed and they forgot the towels. Lots of parking. Over all not a bad stay but probably wouldn't return.

Was a great stay and they really accommodated me and my family. Even had a nice surprise for us when we first showed up.

Everything is good.

Room was not clean. Carpet folded, dirty, stinky. Iron table has that bad stain which looks like someone's blood. TV has a lare of dust. Breakfast has nothing literally. The hashbrown and sausages was hidden behind and there was nobody who can serve those first then someone came and told "Let me know if you need hashbrown or sausages" They are serving hard boiled egg with shell in chefing dish. When my husband told the server " Its not safe that can be choking hazards " the server said " I don't care". She was that rude snd arrogant that told my 3year old " do not dare to touch anything here". My 3year old was trying to get a muffin by himself. We are frequent travelers and stayed in same group hotel in different locations. So I am do sure its the franchise owner who doesn't care about the guests and trained staff that way. Will never pick that location also we put written complain at head office and AHS

My family enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Smells good when we went inside the building. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is clean.The breakfast is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. It has a Good management. We will surely book here on our next family vacation in Edmonton.

Location very central to our needs. Easy access to South Common, Costco, WEM, and specialty stores. Enjoyed the breakfast and room was clean. Though parking was plentiful hopefully the spots will be re-painted as some people park a bit randomly.

The room was fine. The beds were a little soft. The breakfast was repetitive. The cleaning staff was very accommodating. The location was good. Good parking.

I stay at this hotel many times and it was very comfortable, the staffs were very professional. The hotel is located at a central area for shopping etc.

Room was clean. Breakfast was the same every day and a bit boring. Nothing extraordinary.
