Check-in took time, only one staff was working. Beside checking-in, she responded some calls. I was not bad so but behind me, made big lines. I know it was July 4th and the timing might be bad. The 1st checked room was under maintenance. She assinged another room quickly. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room. I understand the reasonable price and convenient location for air transit but I won't be back.

The shuttle didn’t permit more than 6 people at a time, which didn’t work for our group of 9, and it was very difficult to get to and from the airport. It took over an hour to check in upon arrival at 11 pm (after a long day of delayed flights) and the hotel was very understaffed.

Room was bigger then the average size only issue was it smelled like cigarette smoke. Other than that. Enjoyed my stay

The room was clean the lobby was clean but the hallways the carpet was old and smelly the elevator was old and was broken 2 days out of my 3 days stay breakfast was included but the only offered toast fruit and coffee so if you want breakfast you go next door to Waffle House which is very convenient overall the hotel served this purpose but it really needs updating there were updating the room across from me and doing the floors so it made the whole place smell like old dirty carpet somewhat uncomfortable but definitely serve this purpose perhaps some updates would be great

It took about 20 minutes to check in because the clerk was doing a trip to the airport. There was a smell in the room and there was a pladtic bag over the smoke detector in the room.

Even after booking “pay later”…the hotel called demanding payment before I even arrived from out of town…threatening to cancel my room if I didn’t pay by 3pm…never pick us up from the airport…we had to spend $50 on a uber after being stuck at the airport for over 2 hours because the hotel claimed they offered airport shuttle….The hotel was filthy…smelled like a wet basement…the carpet was soaked with water…had to sleep with a wet vac fan in our room

Lady at check in was extremely nice, beds comfy and clean, and bbq pits at pool were nice touch but that was probley the only positives. Place was beautiful once I’m sure but it’s become really old and run down. Pool area was trashed, gym equipment old and dirty. Treadmill only let me walk on it or it was acting like it was going to fall apart.

I didnt like i sign up for a wake up call and didn't receive one.

I want to start by saying the front desk young lady was very professional and gave all the information I would need before I even had to ask. 10 stars for her. The bed while very soft was also very comfortable so I slept well. It was pretty busy so the price is very affordable. Here's my issues... You can tell from the lobby and elevator this is an older model hotel, 3rd floor lobby could use better lighting and floor felt a bit unstable, very Steven King. Room was clean but had to fight a flying young roach and the toilet was a little tricky to flush most of the time. You can hear if someone is moving or talking in the hall but much clearer other rooms. Would I stay again, not as a solo traveler which is what I do mostly.

This property is disgusting. My family was given a room late at night with exposed outlets, nails protruding from walls, moldy carpet, unclean counters, unwashed sheets, white primer on both sides of bathroom mirror where damage had occurred, the handicapped shower rail was coming off the wall. Toilet intermittently flushed. door didn't close all the way. I was told there was no manager by a w**d smelling and h**h employee who told me to plunge my own toilet as there was no maintenance as I waited for him to return to the unattended lobby. I would have called but there were no BUTTONS ON MY PHONE! Tub was dirty. I was told they wouldn't help me and to email the manager ( who hasn't responded). I WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT A WYNDHAM PROPERTY BUT PRIVATELY OWNED--- STAY AT YOUR OWN PERIL! W**d smoke in hallways, no coffee available. Pictures will be on google. I'm still waiting on my deposit.

Didn't like paying the 100. 00 deposit. Never have I paid in all other places. Over all, good place to stay.

The bathroom was dirty, around the toilet was pee, they need to use bleach to desinfecte all areas

Dated but clean…. Breakfast no much to speak of… pan cake machine and dry cereal.

This place is near the hotel which is a plus but it reeks of mold, must, smoking, and weed throughout even though its advertised as non smoking. Breakfast was nothing warm. I would not recommend if traveling with family.

Great stay for two nights

The entire lobby and corridors smelled like weed. Loud music playing in parking lot, floors were dirty and old

The male worker was not helpful at all at check in-told us our room had been given away and no other accommodations could or would be made! We were forced to stay in a room that was not comfortable and only a small percentage was refunded. Towels were difficult to obtain and only one lady was cordial and helpful.I never pay attention to poor reviews but I had to address the male at check in because others said the same.So disappointing to have such a horrible experience!

We had a group going but somehow 2 people in our group had their reservations cancelled with no prior warning. Showed up to desk and told “your reservation is cancelled.” My brothers room on the 3rd floor had a roach infestation. I found dirty underwear under my bed. Don’t stay here!! Asked for refund. They refused then finally said they will review. Nothing came of their review so far.

The hotel staff cancelled my booking and sold my room to someone else 30 minutes prior to checking in. They claimed it was Expedia that cancelled it and did nothing to assist me in finding alternatives
