The hotel was extremely outdated. I did not feel that the price reflected the quality of the hotel that I believed we were getting. I worried about the cleanliness while staying overnight.

Rooms are outdated. My best guess is the last renovation the B building has seen was in the late 80’s. However, if updated rooms and amenities aren’t your jam this hotel isn’t terrible. Room was clean both in looks and smell. Beds were comfy and the check-in process was easy. I was greeted by a very kind friend desk lady who was willing to answer all the normal check-in questions. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was quiet.

The location, lobby and front desk staff were very pleasant. The rooms are dated and therefore don’t feel clean.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable so did not get a good night's sleep. The views from dining, lobby and room were spectacular. When walking in the back door of the hotel it smelled clean. There are areas that need updated but those little things can be overlooked with friendliness of staff and views. Will stay again if they update mattress.

Every time I am in town, I stay here. The staff is always AMAZING and kind!

Restaurant at hotel was amazing breakfast and dinner

Non-smoking room smelled like 20 years of smoke. Carpets and drapes need to be replaced before you can call it a non-smoking room. Jacuzzi was broken and pool was very old but warm and nobody was using it. Restaurant in the hotel had very good food and the lobby area was very comfortable.

They no longer do breakfast with your booking and it was high priced for terrible biscuits and gravy, small portion also and it was a prepaid booking yet the double charged me on top of my deposit . Still waiting on both refunds

So clean, very friendly staff and the dining area view is gorgeous.

The smell that the entire hotel had was nauseating! We don’t have a lot of allergies, however, the fragrance that was all over every inch of that place was more than we could take. I don’t know what they were trying to cover up. But it made it to where we could not go anywhere in the hotel. We tried to go to dinner. Nope. The smell was in the restaurant. Had to have the window open and the fan on the whole time! Could not leave because we would not ya e given 24 hours notice!

A bit dated but always our fave! Can't beat price, excellent staff & welcoming, cozy rooms and outside/Inside entrances. Beautiful hotel entry paved road, amazing river views. We will always stay when in Post Falls!

The gentleman who checked my great granddaughter am me was extraordinary. So friendly, efficient and helpful. You are lucky to have him. Restaurant was very nice and food was good. Had some problems getting my cocktail , but it wasn’t my waitress’s fault.

Stayed a year ago. Property was seemingly nice but just off. New management. Was very happy in all experiences with this new stay. New menu was great.

This is an older hotel which would benefit from a renovation. Staff were wonderful, room was clean, wonderful view of the river. There was no coffee set up in the room although there was coffee and tea in the lobby. The toilet is lower than adults now expect.

Older hotel that's been updated. Comfortable bed and hot showers. Pretty quiet. Worth the extra $ to get a view of the river instead of the parking lot.

Nice , quiet and clean.

Nice Area along the river. Hotels ok Nothing Fancy. It has a pool and Jacuzzi thats a plus. We didnt dine there, but they have a restaurant.
