Appartement très confortable, très propre et bien équipé. Situation à proximité du centre-ville à pied. Agréable séjour avec un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Ein schön gelgenes und gut ausgestattes Hotel. Das Zimmer verfügte sogar über eine eigene Dachterrasse. Leider war das Zimmer so winzig dass es kaum möglich war das Gepäck abzustellen und man sich kaum darin bewegen konnte. Zimmerservice gab es nur auf Nachfrage gegen Aufpreis.

Good location - slightly outside of centre but manageable. Staff friendly and professional. Apartment well equipped and sufficient size. Overall good value for money

We stayed in a 4 person apartment with 1 separate bedroom. The room was on the 3rd floor and was freshly renovated and very clean. The only drawback is that the space is small for 4 people and strangely laid out. Amazing large balcony with both loungers and table/chairs. Parking in the garage was easy. The location is perfect for accessing Aix center on foot.

Après le travail quel plaisir de se retrouver dans un endroit calme et être bien reçue à l’accueil par un Personnel à l’écoute Je suis une fidèle habituée de la chaîne Odalys notamment les Floridianes

Habituée à l’appart hôtel Les Floridianes je reviens toujours car emplacement idéal proche du centre ville et accueil super

Si vous passez quelques jours sur Aix (travail,séjour toutistique ou autre ,réserver eux Floridianes très bon rapport qualité prix et accueil charmant et surtout petit déjeuner copieux et propreté des chambres

Tout s'est très bien passé, même si j'ai 3 remarques (pas du niveau d'un 4 *) : - Checking avant 16 h refusé alors que l'hôtel était quasi vide - 18 eur/pers le pdj (exorbitant au regard du buffet sachant qu'il y a l'équipement dans la chambre) - pas de ménage durant le séjour (2 nuits)

Accueil tres sympathique et dans la bonne distance relationnelle. Les consitions d'hébergement et les prestations proposées sont comme attendues

Aix-en-provence is a lively and picture-esque city that has a very walkable downtown. The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value.

La résidence est très bien dans l'ensemble et l'accueil excellent. La chambre était spacieuse et tres agréable. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain, le pommeau de douche n'était pas bien fixé et quelques traces de saleté sur les joints de la douche, il ny avait également qu'une serivette dans une chambre réservée pour deux mais pas de quoi gâcher le séjour.

Un séjour à oublier. L’endroit était sale, vétuste. Le petit dej médiocre (malgré la responsable très gentille). Le lit était inconfortable, la peinture des murs à refaire, les plinthes défoncés. J’ai rarement vu une résidence hôtelière aussi dégradé. Quand vous faites remonter ses remarques ils vous répondent qu’ils vont faire des travaux mais visiblement ça peine à se matérialiser. Pour un hébergement de ce standing je suis très déçu et je n’y remettrai plus les pieds car c’est cher et la prestation est loin d’être au rdv

Warning, someone has entered our room and stolen our valuables while staying at Odalys City Aix en Provence Les Floridianes. Me and my partner were staying here for two nights in early August. We've left our valets in our room while having breakfast downstairs only to find both of them stripped of cash and my partner's ebook reader stolen shortly after we've left. If you choose to stay here, make sure to keep your valuables in the safe at all times (lesson learned for me) as if they are stolen, you'll likely never see them again. We have messaged hotel management and they claimed no one has entered our room according to the door card reader, but they've provided no evidence upon request nor CCTV recording. Otherwise the stay was alright, although didn't feel like a 4 star experience.

Very nice staff, huge rooms (more like an apartment), and close proximity to city center. Added cost for parking and breakfast. Only downside was no room refresh despite staying 4 nights. Had to hunt down cleaning lady for additional toilet paper.

Odalys was perfect for our week in Aix as it was close to the main old town whilst still being quiet and relaxing. We liked that we had the option to cook and prepare food in our studio and it was generally well equipped. However, we did feel like there could have been more utensils and cleaning equipment for self caterers. The pool area was lovely and quiet. The staff are always on hand to help, and a special thanks to Cyrille, the hotel manager, who was very accommodating in allowing us to rearrange our stay.

Very nice hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the old town, the coach station (for direct coaches to the TGV station and Marseille airport), and Aix main railway station. Staff were very friendly and the room was quiet and well equipped. Only negative was the bathroom which could have been cleaner (I spotted black mould and items of litter on the floor behind the washbasin unit, albeit in a hard to reach place but did suggest the cleaning wasn't as thorough as it could have been), and there was quite a big step up to the shower which could be a problem for some. The check in time of 4pm is also quite late, however as I arrived quite early I was allowed to leave my luggage at reception. Overall, very nice stay and I will definitely consider staying here again.
