Es war alles gut.😊 Vielleicht etwas Lachs oder eine andere Fischauswahl zum Frühstück, sowie Spiegeleier wären noch besser gewesen. Aber das ist „Jammern auf hohem Niveau.“ Es ist eine wirklich gute Unterkunft.

Our only problem was noise and garbage pickup out our window that woke us up. A very comfortable room.

Nice place

Beim Einchecken hat uns die zuständige Person nochmals weggeschickt, weil er noch Gäste auschecken wollte. Das hat uns sehr befremdet und so etwas in dieser Form haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Das Frühstückbuffet überzeugt mit der Quantität nicht mir der Qualität. Das Personal war durchschnittlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Haltetung des Duschkopfes war nicht mehr funktionstüchtig - ausgeliert Ansonsten alles tadellos.

Perfect breakfastp

Pros: Staff are lovely and helpful, bar is nice to sit and have a quiet drink, good location. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection and again the staff were very good. Cons: Our room (suite) was tired, very dark and stuffy - thankfully the bedroom had a window which opened to air the room as it didn’t feel or smell fresh.. The bathroom was tiny in such a huge space but was adequate.

In dieser Unterkunft gibt es schlichtweg nichts zu bemängeln. Besser geht es kaum. Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, grosses Zimmer usw. Das Frühstückbuffet z.B. war der Hammer was die Auswahl und die Qualität der Speisen betrifft. Aber für den Zimmerpreis darf man auch etwas erwarten. Leider und das ist keine Kritik ans Hotel, war es für mich ein bisschen irritierend zu sehen, wie nach dem Frühstück praktisch alle Lebensmittel in Behältern weggeworfen wurden. Aber da werden dem Hotel, aufgrund der Hygienevorschriften usw. die Hände gebunden sein und es ist schade, dass es da keine anderen Möglichkeiten gibt, dem Food Waste in einer Weise entgegenwirken zu können.

The first room assigned did not have a lift to access. I had to pay extra 25 euros to get an upgrade for a nice family room. 25 extra is ok for a nice room. But who will book a room in a modern hotel of this class without a lift access in the first place?

Staff is rude. Rooms are small and dirty. Plenty of other hotels closer to city center at the same price. Stay at one of those.

Great location.Large clean rooms with comfortable bed etc. Good facilities and helpful friendly staff. Icing on the cake i thought it was good value.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel ,tolles Ambiente und nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und lässt kaum Wünsche offen .

Very nice and unique building, well designed and modern. Well maintained and good parking options. Just to far out from old citycentre and the Neckar river. It’s a 15 minutes walk to see the beautiful citycentre and restaurants. So a good and convenient hotel and perfect rooms. Fresh, clean and modern. Friendly staff!

Overall, very nice, friendly (though overworked—at least at the bar) staff. Rooms nice and modern, but would benefit from a rug here or there (feels a bit cold/empty in parts). Also, room lighting needs to be fixed—super dark and the collection of a 1/2 dozen lamps is unwieldy to operate.

Schönes Stadthotel mit toller Lobby. Sehr teures Parken und teures Frühstück (26€ p.P). Um die Ecke kommt man deutlich günstiger weg.

The hotel itself was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but it would’ve been nice if there would’ve been a restaurant in the hotel. I also found that the street in and around the hotel was very untidy with lots of debris and leaves and nothing was cleaned up.
