Large room/suite was very accommodating

Friendly and helpful staff is the positive here. Unfortunately, the hotel is dated and cleanliness is not a main focus. The sofa bed mattress had evident mold, so we were unable to use as they could not provide an immediate replacement. We had to leave early due to an unexpected issue at a major youth sporting event in the area. The staff agreed to a refund for the days unused, which was greatly appreciated.

The staff were friendly, it was right off the highway, the room was big.

Both my wife and I had our legs broken in a car accident so we are on walkers … we were placed on the second floor in the middle of the building where we had a long haul just to get to the room shortly after check out the electricity kept going out .. we received no call or update just waiting till it comes back on

Great staff

Check in was not good at all. The gal was new and could not locate the manager to assist her. I ended up being charged 3 times for the hold deposit and still have not had any of that returned.

Excellent is the best way to describe pit experience. Staff were extremely professional and courteous. I will recommend this place any day. We plan staying here again on our next visit.

The overall cleanliness & the absolute professionalism of the staff.

The front desk clerk, Noelle was amazing. We were welcomed with such friendliness right when we walked through the doors. She was a blessing after a very long day of traveling. We travel often and she has been the nicest hotel employee in a long time.

Close to everything

The location was a bit tricky to find but overall it was a nice stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Easy access to highway and great service

Everything about the stay at Staybridge was amazing except for the fact that the pull out bed (couch) did not come with sheets and blankets, and when asked about them, they were having to wash some in order to make up for the requests that they were having. My only other suggestion would be to leave the soda fountain open all day. I know they don't make money on those drinks, unlike the pantry, but that would have made the trip more enjoyable. The M-W appetizer special was good. It allowed us to eat at the hotel instead of going out to dinner the first night we were in town.

I liked the location of the hotel, along with the professionalism of the staff. I have stayed at this location before, and I definitely will come back.

Many of th staff, while friendly, were very new to their jobs and had difficulty explaining the amenities or couldn't help me. This hotel, while it had a very nice outside patio, has seen some wear over the years and the flooring should be replaced. I liked that it was in a quiet and convenient location to Louisville.
