Good family hotel, in a shopping center so it’s nice to have close things and it wasn’t loud at all

Fantastic place to go with kids, especially during winter. Everything was excellent though the property itself needs some updates. Staff were friendly and the common areas were kept clean. It is really loud due to its floorplan. Everything echoes.

The hotel at good location for eat out and shop around

Place was clean and well kept. If I were to stay here again I’d definitely steer clear of the courtyard rooms as you couldn’t escape the chlorine smell for even a second. Internet on the tv didn’t work both mornings we were there and only connected in the evenings. Pool and spa were cleaned daily although the 40 person maximum made it difficult to swim sometimes as there tended to be a lineup in the afternoons. Overall not a bad experience especially if you have young children

While it was dirty and it was pointed out to staff that were dismissive. The major issue is the fact that the amenities are limited and was not disclosed at the the time of booking only part way through the stay. We were not able to check in until after 5pm and the only offering for that major inconvenience was “free parking” for one vehicle while it was 2 rooms affected. The colouring activity was a nice simple touch that aided in the long wait times for the room or the pool.

Room is really outdated and was not the cleanest. Staff was nice mostly and plenty of shops around.

In door playground, pool, 2 hot tubs, onsite restaurant, few steps to multiple fast food options. Quick drive to Clifton Hill and Falls. Perfect for family get away!

We are local and come to BW pretty often! It was extremely crowded and the pool had a line up for the majority of our stay, so kids were pretty disappointed. I also don’t appreciate getting charged $20 extra a night to park our car, especially as a local!

We took the kids here for a PA mini vacation and it was absolutely amazing. 100% will be back

Great pool and play area for kids with books and board games. Staff were all really friendly. Pub was great!

A great hotel for families and groups! Conveniently located, and its parking lot is nice and easy,which isnt always the case in Niagara Falls. Great atrium, restaurant, and nearly everything you could need is on the block.

Too much alcohol drinking going on in the pool. A lot of rowdy behavior. Drunk people fighting and slamming doors.

Tres bon prix piscine et spa tres apprecié ,parking dispendieux ,beaucoup d enfant . Proprete corecte . Tres bon restaurant Doc Miligan . Chambre tres confortable et bien divisé belle vue sur la piscine et la vegetation.
