No hot water

No hot water! Had to take a very cold shower!

we had a great day. I brought my grandchildren on my business trip and they were great with the kids.

Great welcoming staff. The room, maybe is was the carpet had a sour smell. Everything else was great.

Clean room

It was clean and it was close to the highway 99 which made it easy to go back and forth where we were doing many things and eating with our kids and grandkids.

One night and I’ve been sick with a cold, not much to say

it was excellent.

Front desk clerks are all so friendly and courteous. I arrived earlier than my family by 3 hours and asked for an early check in when I got there and it was not a problem. Without any extra charges. Rooms are very up dated and beds & pillows are comfortable. Comes with a small refrigerator and microwave. That’s a plus for me. Their morning breakfast meals are very good and they make chocolate chip cookies for the evening time and fresh fruit for snacking. I’m definitely give this hotel a A+++++++

The hotel was good, but not excellent. The hallways smelt like smoke. The room was clean. The parking was lousy. There is a small parking lot out front with limit space. Then without warning there is a $12/ night fee for parking.

Comfortable & relaxing!

Pros: Neighborhood is nice. There’s an indoor pool and spa. Water was clean and the pool area was never crowded during our stay. Staff were nice and helpful. Pool closes at 10pm and they offered to extend it till 11pm due to our late arrival. Cons: Hotel is small and rooms are small. There was no room service to replace towels even though we didn’t put the Do Not Disturb sign out. They charge $100 one-time pet cleaning fee for our dog and $12 parking fee per vehicle per day. Elevator is very slow. Using the stairs to go down from 3rd floor to 1st floor would be even faster than the elevator. This is a hotel by Marriot so I would expect a little more. This one was mediocre, though.
