Friendly staff, clean shopping near by.

The staff is very friendly. They clean the room everyday. The tanger outlets is right across the street. Nice pool. And great breakfast

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel overall is not in good condition. The coffee in the lobby was old and ice cold. The hotel is stuffy and not thoroughly cleaned. My room smelled like there was mildew in the carpet and the heater emitted a burning smell. I would never stay here again. Not enough value for the price.

Mucho ruido

Very outdated and didn’t feel super clean, stains on carpets and curtains but was fine for the one night and useful location next to shops and restaurants and near the west palm airport. Staff were nice!

The room is clean. Had a very nice time. Enjoy my day.

The pool was not functional for most of the trip. The bathroom was really run down. The food was low quality. The quality of the hotel is lower than most best westerns

Convenient, quiet

The room was okay. The breakfast looked terrible and fake. Room service was not used because we only stayed 2 nights.

Pretty surprised this place has such good reviews. It’s so outdated and our bathroom was awful. Rust stains in the tub, shower had caulk and paint everywhere. The bathroom floor was soaked when we checked in. Bed pillows were either very lumpy or completely flat. Floors weren’t cleaned- my socks were covered in dust, dirt and crumbs. Air conditioning smelled like mold. Found three different bugs on the curtains. Apparently I read that the first floor rooms were maybe renovated- but we were on the second floor. There was a large group of people by the tiki bar area making a lot of noise at after 11pm last night, too. Would never stay here again- not even for free. (Can’t speak for pool area- since we don’t use it)

The room was as expected. It was a little humid in the room and had a smell of humidity. The room was clean the shower was great nice and warm. Breakfast was very good and coffee was perfect. Front desk staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.

We stayed for 5 nights and they only cleaned the room once. The internet service was extremely poor. The pool was under construction. They told us that after we booked the hotel. I was disappointed.

It was a great place to spend time with or without family, everything you need is just a couple miles away. The pool is so amazing i will go back for sure.

Place is like from 1970s. It feels like a shelter. Pool wasn’t working but people didn’t care. They were inside the pool. The room had like an old smell. The location is great. Outlets, stores and restaurants were across the street. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good.
