The property was conveniently located in Banff.The hot tub has a nice view, but was dirty around the edges. The guest laundry was filthy. Our AC went on standby and would not go off standby. A tour bus and another blocked us in when returning to the hotel . We had dinner reservations and could not make the time.

We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

The beds were comfortable and the shower was really good. Furniture and carpet need updating. Seating was totally inadequate: one uncomfortable chair not enough for two people. Small consul table passed off as a desk totally inadequate. Sockets and charging points not convenient. Lights totally inadequate. A/c clearly switched off at night so the room was too warm.

Everything was perfect! They even lent us bear spray for our hikes!

The hotel was in the perfect location! Close to everything! Room was excellent and loved the robes in every room. Elevator was dirty and they didn’t clean it all but other than that it was nice!

Overall enjoyed the stay I only wish we could have a more favourable location as I had to manage luggage down stairs and we were a long distance away

carpets stained. bathroom exhaust constantly on. pillows not suitable for sleeping. Room access terrible. had to drag bags down the steps. Very bad. will not recommend. rooms old and worn out.

Great staying right on main Street

Clean room, great location, friendly staff, Mountain View’s.

Great location, close to everything and was able to walk everywhere. Really close to some great places to eat and shops. Also let you check out Bear Spray for free :)

Perfect location for a few nights stay in Banff, bonus having the rooftop and hot tubs to relax in after a busy day sightseeeing. The Hotel has a lovely restaurant/menu; we just didn’t have enough time!

Shower had gobs of hair on the wall. Told the front desk and asked them to have the shower cleaned while we were out during the day. Came back and shower still wasn’t clean. Air didn’t work. Ice machine near the room wasn’t working - had to walk to another section of the hotel to get ice. Reported the issues to the front desk at checkout and they could care less. Way to expensive of a hotel to have a dirty hot place to stay. Great location but they did nothing to take care of the issues.

Great property Location perfect on Banff Ave. Parking fantastic. Staff were incredibly helpful. We went to restaurant Brazen for happy hour. The food was delicious.

I thought it was very expensive for an average quality hotel. I won't be back.

Although older hotel is very clean and good location. Over $500 a night for room (which guessing due to summer season) but at that price one would expect to have at least some water in the room. How hotels can expect guests to drink out of bathroom taps is ridiculous at this sort of price range. Front desk staff were ok but fairly rushed and don’t ask how your stay was.

Property is located right at the center of the town. Parking is very easy. Most of Banff tour pickup location is also located right at the back of the hotel. You can easily hop on a shuttle from there. Recommended if you’re looking to stay at the town centre.
