Lovely hotel and nice historic property. Service was excellent. The room was small and noise was an issue. The bed was also a bit small and on wheels which was strange. I would stay again, however, I thought it was quite expensive for the room we stayed in.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh dishes that truly stood out. The rooms were spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated, with unique touches that gave them a special character. I also appreciated the complimentary beverages, which added an extra touch of comfort to my stay.

Lovely staff, easy parking, welcome drink, spacious room, good AC, large bathroom, reasonable price, free breakfast, - true boutique vibe which I love.

A special place. Accommodations were very good, but what really differentiates is service a cut above, always striving to go the extra mile. Complimentary cooked breakfast was excellent. Complimentary drink during happy hour, too. The building is an old mansion converted to a hotel - lots of charm. Centrally located, but nothing in Buffalo is very far (except Highmark stadium). Great value. Would stay again any time.

Our room had bugs and a very uncomfortable bed. Staff was great though but the room was old and filthy

It is a beautifully restored and maintained property. Our room was cozy and well-appointed. The whole property was true to its original design while having some interesting modern elements in the decor. The service was excellent as was the wonderful breakfast. All together, a lovely stay.

A very welcoming and comfortable place!!! Great location for walking to many many areas!! Excelent staff and the daily breakfast was on point! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable... Loved the onsite pub!

Wonderful property and staff.

Mansion was great! Had a creaky bed spring over one side and toilet constantly ran at first, but not going to fuss and remove a star for that. Tiny, tiny stuff! Staff were great; great location for us. Just walked a couple of blocks for all our stuff.

I liked the location and the common areas in the hotel. The staff (there are no butlers despite their claims) were accommodating and pleasant. Breakfast offerings were tasty but very limited and small. Prices at the bar were rather high. The plumbing in our room didn’t function properly - hot water filled the toilet occasionally. Overall, I would stay there again if I came to Buffalo.

I love the original architectural character that has been retained, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I also enjoy the convenient location, especially during the Allentown Art Festival weekend. However, there are some areas that can use an update or maintenance. The shower in my original room did not function properly and I had to switch rooms. I didn't appreciate the inconvenience. If I stay again, I will be sure to ask if everything is in proper working order before I'm assigned a room.
