I don't normally go out of my way to write negative reviews but this one has to be said because I'm so surprised this place has such a high rating and is considered a 4 star hotel... When I first checked in, the bathroom in my room was covered in someone else's hair - the amount was excessive and I took photos just in case reception didn't believe me (those aren't my hair because mine are a lot thicker). The wifi in this place also barely works, I've had to hotspot on international data throughout my two days here and I haven't been able to get any work done. The facilities in this hotel are also really dated. Why does the fridge not work? Last night I bought two bottles of fresh squeeze juices to store in the fridge overnight, but because the fridge isn’t working, the juices were spoiled. I’ve asked the front desk to send someone to fix it and so far no one has. The walls have holes, etc. The only redeeming quality about this place is the location, it is quite central to a lot of shopping.

L’hôtel est merveilleux. Localisation, les employés , tout est magnifique, je le recommande. Si vuelvo a Madrid volveré a hospedarme ahí .

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. The room was small, but it was comfortable and had a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Great location within easy walking distance to main attractions. Room was clean with everything we needed and a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast selection available until 11 which is ideal for a restful holiday. Would love to return.

The service was shocking. The bearded guy at reception barely acknowledged us the whole time we were waiting to check in/check out. I asked if he had a charger for my phone-he rolled his eyes as hard as he could. I ordered some food at drinks in the restaurant whilst waiting for the to be ready and they messed that up as well. On the plus side the room was clean and the location was great. Would I stay here again in the future? Absolutely not.

Great staff, wonderful living decor lobby, and right in the heart of it all. Very walkable area. Will definitely stay here again!

部屋は天井が高く広さもちょうどよいです。二重窓で静かで暖かい。 バスタブはなかったがシャワーの水圧もよくシャワールームに椅子があってよかったです。 こじんまりしたホテルで団体客がいないのでうるさくなくていい。 水は飲み慣れている軟水をスーパーで買いました。 朝食もとてもおいしかったです。 どこにいくにも徒歩で行動でき立地が最高！ 日本のホテルのように箱のティッシュペーパーはないのでスーパーで買いました。ティッシュペーパーのようなものはアメニティにありました。 ドライヤーがちょっと使いにくい。押しながら髪を乾かす必要あり。短い髪なら短時間なので問題ないと思う。 バルで服に臭いがつくので、スプレータイプの消臭剤を持参すると便利。

Everything was excellent

Hotellet har en rörig layout med trappor, halvtrappor samt vinklar och vrår, men det får ses som en del av den gammaldags charmen. Det är också det enda gammaldags, i övrigt är allt fullt modernt. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma, med något undantag. Rent och välskött. Frukosten utmärkt. Läget kunde inte vara bättre, nära till allt men ändå tyst och lugnt. Ett mycket bra hotell som jag gärna återvänder till och rekommenderar andra.
