Dirty, Hotel

Air conditioner was VERY noisy. There were food remnants along the floor boards and inside the sofa bed.

dirty hotel the carpets are shameful super stained and dirty the color and the room of the hotel is gloomy and super old the television is left in the past. The beds say they are queen but they are small. The only friendly thing was the staff but to my greatest dismay I found out that they charged me the deposit of 50 dollars 3 times so they charged the price of the night plus the 18 for parking plus 3 times the deposit. For my purposes they are stealing 100 dollars from me. So after a bad experience they also steal from me to top it off because the nice thing about the case is that they say we will return it but they never do. It is okay that you charge me the deposit once but 3 times. I will never return to this place of course I do not recommend it not even to the worst enemy.

The hotel is run sown and dirty. When we got to our floor it smelled like bug spray Doesn't seem like safe area. We immediately checked out, but have not to this point, which is a week later given me a refund. If that wasn't enough they charge for parking.

Bien cuidada y muy limpia. Excelente estacion de agua, cafe y té 24h! Buen Wifi en los cuartos pero no rn el lobby. Buena presion de agua en regadera caliente, caliente. Estuvimos 1 noche en una Suite con cama king y sofa cama tamaño matrimonial, habia cafetera, microondas y refrigerador! No nos gusto el colchon king pues estaba un poco aguado/vencido. El colchon del sofa cama parecía una broma: pasabas la mano encima y se sentían los resortes!! Mi hijo de 11 años tuvo que dormir sobre los cojines del sofa! Otro detalle de espacio es que si estaba abierto el sofa cama, no se podia abrir el refrigerador. Me parecio muy comodo y excelente detalle el escritorio amplio y buena silla de escritorio.

Did not stay, requested refund. Signs of bed bugs. Left hotel because there was no staff that could diagnose bed bugs or not. REFUSES to refund money. DID NOT STAY! DON'T STAY AT THIS PROPERTY

Room smells smoky

Everyone was very friendly - every encounter. It was nice to be acknowledged.

The cleanliness of our room (207) was terrible. The carpet had several, what appears to be, dog secretion spots; and the sofa had a unsightly year in one pillow. Upon request, they did change our room (410). But the sink in room 410 was badly clogged (no water would go down). We we told we had two choices: (1) stay in room 410 with clogged sink, or (2) return to room 207 with the desecrated carpet and torn sofa. We returned back to room 207 because the plumbing word. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. We called Expedia and reported these terrible conditions and filed a complaint; but had to endure two terrible nights at Comfort Suites O'Hare! Expedia
