The pool was a huge hit for the kids they had a blast. The rooms I found muggy. I had booked two rooms thinking they would be adjoining but they weren’t you have to request it directly. So that wasn’t the greatest half my kids stayed in room without me lol. But there ages made it doable. Also a great locations. Would stay again

We had a really good time as per usual. My only complaint was we never received turned down service for our room until we called the front desk and asked for it. Also our air conditioner didn't work properly they said they would send a maintenance and they never did. When I called and asked about room service for making the beds and cleaning the room etc, I was told that I had to make sure I didn't put the plastic do not disturb sign on the door knob, which I told them I already knew about. That's just common sense. But when we still didn't get our room cleaned that day, I called the front desk again and then a different person told me I had to specifically ask to have my room cleaned and they only clean the rooms based on request which is crazy. Other than that we had a really good stay.

Everything was great! The backrest was fantastic. Really like the hotel. The restaurants were good

the room was nice! the pool was very over crowded! the hot tub was more of a mucky bath than anything! the food was also mediocre.

Staff was really friendly. We got upgraded upon check-in and even though our flight was late, and the restaurant is normally is normally closing, the staff made sure our son was able to have some food ❤️. Pool was a lot of fun!

The room was very nice and was clean. Ice machine didn’t work, no sign to direct you to working one had to check other floors. If you plan to stay book direct with person not online. There was a lot of young children due to hockey tournament and was loud and when kids settled parents started. 2 night stay about 10 hours broken sleep

Was only able to watch one channel on TV. And even that was cutting out.

Everything was good. Tub needs grips, spouse slipped a little. Ice maker had no ice.

Our room, towels and bedding smelled like smoke. The TV picture quality was poor. We kept on hearing fights outside the building and many other sketchy individuals. The kids loved the waterslide and pool.

I being my own breakfast. Saves money and it’s made the way I like and want it made.
