Worst Experience ever in 38 Years of Travelling,Non Existent Customer Service,Raw burgers served then asked if we wanted them cooked more!He proceeded to take the bugers away and went to the other restaurant for 20 mins with no information given to us.We walked to the other Restaurant where we saw hm now serving people and told the Woman icharge what happened she asked did wecwant new burgers? The Restaurant did not serve food to outside area only inside!,This is in Spain! No Pool bar open in late April? My Partner asked about massage advertised at reception was told to use qr code which is fine except that link led to a price list with only an email and phone number for the Hotel? Lack of Staff Training is Very Prevalent the whole system is Very Disjointed with a severe lack of information for guests. There was a Major power outage in Spain while we were there but this is nothing to do with my review. We checked out of the hotel after 2 days

Good location but incredibly thin walls - zero soundproofing. Previous reply from the hotel said they had renewed some of the more expensive rooms - but you shouldn’t have to pay extra for a decent night’s sleep. Undoubtedly this review will warrant the standard ‘cut & paste’ reply

we liked very much. everything went well no complaints.

Staff was so helpful and lovely. I had a problem with my room, and they solved it quickly, going above and beyond. The breakfast is fantastic!

Fint hotell, god mat og vennlig personale.

Sentralt beliggende hotell med gangavstand til sentrum og parken. Hyggelig område, fint rundt hotellet. Stor og fin resepsjon. Stort rom, stort bad. Eldre innredning med litt harde senger. Noe lytt fra gangen og naborommene. Stor spisesal med god og variert frokost. Grei parkering.

This is the 3rd stay at this hotel. The previous stays were just like this one. The room we had was badly maintained, cracked floor & wall tiles. The wardrobe was in fact some kind of make shift unit. (See the photo) The shower door was difficult to open. We are slim, anyone who wasn't slim would struggle to actually get in the shower! Breakfast was really disappointing and the actual room for breakfasts is more like a canteen than a facility within a 4* hotel. One particular positive, the staff particularly for breakfast - one man run off his feet trying to keep on top of cleaning up, top up the available food and register clients as they came in for breakfast and still remain professional. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the centre of Elche. The gardens surrounding the hotel are charming as is the pool area. But, this hotel needs a revamp and certainly isn't a 4* hotel.

Was on vacation for Newyear eve and the day after. The restaurant was fully booked, so no food there. And maybe good as weel, as the dinner was crazy expensive, 175 € pr. person. Rooms were okay, but for a 4 star hotel not good enough. - style is very old fashion - bathroom door rotten and swollen up in the bottom. A couple of ceiling tiles were dirty and blackend. To access the gym, you have to get key from receptionist, eventhough it is suppossed to be open from 7-21:30. Equipment is not a 4-star hotel worthy. Surroundings and parking are great. Breakfast was good, one of the better in our Spain trip.

Hôtel propre, excellent petit dej!

Steinharde senger, kunne likegjerne hatt liggeunderlag på golvet, glad vi skulle være bare 1 natt. Mye støy fra naborom og korridor, noe som gjorde kvelden mye lengre enn nødvendig.

El recepcionista de alto y pelo largo con gafas fue muy amable y muy majo. Se ve que le gusta su trabajo muchísimo porque el otro hombre con pelo corto no sabe dar bien trato el cliente.
