I like everything

Scott at the check in counter is pleasant and funny. Made me feel welcome here.

Everything was great. Had a wonderful time.

An amazing quiet stay. Staff was great! Room was clean!

Dated room and construction made parking a challenge.

Pool and hot tub was closed indefinately. It would have been nice to know this when booking so we could adjust our plans and packing.

View was good. Pool was closed, very disappointing.

Bed dirty and bug bites

The beds were very uncomfortable. Also there wasn't much of a mini bar. Our overall stay was ok this time. Hopefully next time will satisfy our needs. Also the pool was closed and was looking forward to hot tub.

My bed sheets were stained with blood (still pink like it was never actually cleaned) and weird loose dirt all over the bed. We ended up sleeping on top of all the sheets because we got there late and were exhausted. Told front desk at check out but they didn’t seem too surprised or concerned.

The room itself is pretty good. I was there for a poker event and walk from the hotel to the casino is a bit far. What I didn't like about the cleaniness is while walking, there is a dead bird at one of the windows and it is obvious it has been there a long time. I told several staff about it, but during my 10 day stay, it was never removed.

Pool was closed for maintenance. No notice until we arrived. Shower pressure was weak. Very weak. Beds were nice, AC worked great, housekeeping was good. Gordon Ramsey Steak was phenomenal! Expensive but fantastic! Food at the other restaurants was ok. $15 minimum at tables in casino, so be ready to spend some money. We enjoyed ourselves overall.

Under construction, no valet service. Check in a a long way from the parking garage. If you have bad knees, your going to be hurting. We went there to eat at Gordon Ramsay steakhouse. I was not expressed. The on in Las Vegas is much better. I wouldn't drive 4 hours again to eat there.
