Room okay but cold heating not working

The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite.

Courteous staff and a wonderful pool.

Paint coming off walls, radiator damaged wall. shower steamed up entire room, leaving mold stains.

One of the mugs still had old coffee in it, and the blind was broke in the room too.

Fantastic Hotel. We’ve used it a few times now. Very clean, big rooms and comfy beds. My father in-law left his jacket in his room, he only realised when we had got home. The staff located it and put it somewhere safe until we got Royal Mail sorted to do a pick up. Very happy with the service. All staff friendly and helpful

Friendly staff - very much approachable. The spa / pool facilities were excellent.

Disappointing breakfast, items missing on 2 out of 3 days (butter, orange juice, porridge, waffles), anaemic scrambled eggs. Noise from cars outside

The Room was in a poor conditiion - the matress was poor - there was what seemed to be mold on the ceiling - in the bedroom and shower - this was likley due to the room/ bathroom not having an extractor fan. The room was freezing and the heater was either broken or faulty - kept making bang noises- Very dissapointed

Staff were great. Lovely meal onsite. The pool was great for my son.

Lots of parking, good EV charging, big bar/restaurant area, room was fine, very comfy bed!

This place is a neglected dump. A corporate money-making machine. I'll share some photos of the blind hanging off the wall (not to mention it was a $5 blind you buy for a college dorm room). And the radiator that was falling off the wall. And the bathroom that I know for a fact hasn't been renovated in over 20 years. They don't care one bit about the customer. Get you in. Get your money. Get you out. Take my advice. STAY ELSEWHERE. And not at a different Village hotel. Avoid them all.

Staff were friendly. Room was adequate. Artmosphere was good in the bar.
