Stayed here because we had a dance competition close by. This was the only hotel that had a room available in the area. The hotel room we stayed in was gross. There was a brown/red (assuming it was blood but hoping it was ketchup…) stain right by the bed on the floor. Cobwebs in the corner of the room, a white suspicious stain on the bed skirt, garbage was not emptied, found a hair in the bed sheets. Honestly should have not stayed and demanded my money back but it was late and we needed to be up early. Just plain gross. Not ok.

Nice night for a great price

This hotel was quite disgusting. There were stains on the carpet, the trim was chipping, the shower had no water pressure, there was a skittle in one of the “clean” towels, and there was a stench in the hallways. We could hear everything from the room above us and they were yelling in the middle of the night. The only redeeming quality was the pool area was clean and the staff were friendly enough. We were in town for a dance competition and won’t stay there again.

My room was a king suite. I love the hot tub and the layout. The fan was broken and the knobs were also broken on the hot tub. The rooms are clean. I really appreciate that and also the breakfast in the morning. I can tell they are trying to update. I hope they continue. Quick easy drive to wherever you need to be in the next day.

Close by a nice safe residential area to walk. Not enough breakfast food. Room needed repairs and upgrades.

We have stayed at this location so many times in the last 20 years. The property has changed hands over time and the quality, cleanliness and maintenance has gone downhill progresssively. This stay we were right next to the elevator. What a horrible place for a room and in close proximity to the food sowas woke up way too early with people getting food and elevator goung up and down. The shower was for those with disabilities. The shower head wasnt functional so they taped the spray wand to the broken shower head. The fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and kept popping off. The smoke alarm was missing and should have never been placed in a steamy bathroom in the first place. There is never anywhere to park. There are no vending machines, just overpriced snack shelf near desk. Lucky if attendant isnt sleeping or found at all. Oh, almost forgot, they had a piece of paper in lieu of the battery cover on remote and some tape which did not do the job. Not nearly as bad as a Motel 6 in South Dakota, but we will be looking for a new place to stay for our family visits.

We have stayed here several visits. It used to be decent. A good value. The customer interaction was inattentive. The pool was nice before. It was open at 6 am. Both mornings I tried using it, it was littered with used towels and debris. Garbage was left in the halls both days. Poor choices for breakfast. Will not return.

I didn’t like how my first room was nasty and not cleaned. The second room was a little bit better but still not clean enough.

The jacuzzi tub in the room was adequate but needs to be reworked. Buttons sland such are missing covers. The bathroom sink was cracked badly but surprisingly didn't leak.

The staff was rude and I would not stay there again.

Terrible stay. I was here for 2 and a half weeks due to work and the room was cleaned twice. The final straw was when they double charged my card which ended with a 1000 dollar pending transaction. They did not do anything to help the situation, and when asked about a manager not only could they not give info but when an appt was made the manager stood me up. I would absolutely not stay here again.

Not worth the money… worst nights sleep Bathroom shower was dirty and didn’t work properly. The mattress and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable. The carpet was damp in one location so much that my socks got wet.
