Dusche Abfluss ist nicht verstopft, gefällt mir sehr. Klimaanlagen funktioniert super. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

At a convenient location. No WiFi during our stay. The card said there is a free drink. But when we ask, it is only for ibis card member. There is a bug on the bed when I get in the room.

Insgesamt ganz okay. Mittlerer Standard. Preise dafür ziemlich hoch. Kleinigkeiten, wie Kosmetiktücher und kleine Handtücher fehlen. Frühstück ausreichend und schmackhaft.

Excellent hotel

Located near the city center of an ancient Silesian mining town. The central square of the city is next door, with a mall located right there. Very beautiful old brick buildings fill the area.

Clean hotel, with friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

War alles ok

Bei den Unterkunft merkt man die Jahre. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Im Gang und Zimmer riecht es muffelig. Der Eingang ins Zimmer erfolgt mit der Karte, die leider nicht reibungslos funktioniert hat. Die Parkgebühren sind doppelt so hoch als im Portal angegeben. Der Parkplatz an sich ist recht eng und daher haben größere Fahrzeuge mehr als einen Parkplatz einnehmen müssen, das zu wenigeren Parkplatz-Möglichkeiten geführt hat. Unter dem Strich waren wir von der Unterkunft enttäuscht und würden diese daher nicht empfehlen.

5 minutes walk from the Zabrze railway station. Standard Ibis, well maintained, nothing to complain. Good breakfast.

Its an Ibis so the rooms are pretty much standard. Its in Zabrze rather than Katowice. Good access to shopping and ok for transport.

Miła i starająca się obsługa i dobre śniadanie na plus (w szczególności croissanty extra). Na minus natomiast stan ogólny - widać, że hotel się starzeje i jest lekko zapuszczony. Czas na odświeżenie się zbliża nieubłagalnie.
