Very good overall, all the staff very friendly and helpful. Well located with plenty parking area and great restaurant.

I was nice place but the room was a little, and optimal condición the water was running out for the bath replaced thinks like coffee, shampoo,.conditioner they dont put more we need to ask for it.

Was very peaceful, safe and the pools neat. The elevators no so good but reliable.

Quiet area and good food but the property is not being keep in good condition. There is a lot of humidity and mold in the rooms.

The pool, hot tub and view of the water was amazing! The staff were all very nice and there were adequate food choices at the eating areas. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we still enjoyed our stay.

The outside is fine good view. No beach!! Theres a small piece but not a beach!! The room was horrible, outdated. Bathroom was definitely not cleaned and the ac unit was leaking into the room. Definitely not what i saw in the pictures..

Habitación limpia, pero lo demás terrible. Pagué vista al océano y me querían dar vista al jardin. Todos los alrededores sucios llenos de hojas, el área de la piscina sucia, basura tirada, la barra de la piscina estaba sucia con basura tirada por todo el piso adentro, pensé que no se usaba por años . Las sillas de la piscina llenas de limo, en general todo sucio hasta dentro de la piscina. La cancha de tenis terrible y la mesa de tenis peor. Los aires hacen más frio de lo que enfrian y el tv ni Netflix se le podia poner de lo obsoleto.

Is good. I found peace, but... No bar after 9:00pm, bad internet, 2 or 3 employees, pool bar closed, no snacks after 10 pm, not even a snacks machine. I had to take my car to a fast food because not even a chips machine was able. I can tell many things. But the employees were perfect, they tried with the little they had. This is not their fault, I'ts only administrative failures. The premises are perfect clean, the gardens are beautiful! But I didn't went to a botanic garden. I want service, facilities, no need to get outside to get a snack, or something so simple as a beer. You know you can do better, and don't get mad. Don't take it against the little bunch of employees you have. I saw it, and this is just the ugly truth. I were a customer service manager during 11 years. I know you can do it.

Pool area is beautiful, rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The only thing is that the pool bar should close later or at least have a server from the main bar, since you can’t bring your own alcohol.

Definitely not kid friendly, not enough staff working to help with getting things such as food and drinks. Everywhere was far away and inconvenient, couldnt even get water without running to the store. Also they have no beach its small and half of it is washed away nothing like photos

Fue desafortunado el no poder contar con un mejor disfrute de la facilidad al ser “low season”. El hotel no propicia un buen ambiente - se sentía un “ghost town”. Si al menos hubiera música en el área de la piscina, o lobby aunque sea de background creo que uno se sintiera mejor. Se pierde la oportunidad de causar una buena impresión sin importar la estación del año que se esté atravesando. Al ser uno de pocos quedándonos no hubo ni un mejor acomodo de habitación como incentivo. Es un hotel bello pero necesita vida.

Room was clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Pool was excellent and kids friendly.
