Stayed only one night but was incredible value. Very good location. Very well staffed, beautiful room with river view. Bar food was excellent. Pint of Guinness also perfect. Definitely will go back. Complementary gym and pool also ideal for families. Nearby National Heritage centre brilliant for all ages.

I always enjoy my stay at this very friendly hotel. The catering is superb and the rooms are a high standard. The hotel is situated in a delightful setting on the tidal River Slaney and is convenient to continue north or west.

We were given an upgrade when we checked in. The room was really clean and we had loads of space. Bed was very comfortable. If I was to say one thing that could be improved on , it would be the lighting in the bathroom.

Beautiful view of the lake! Delicious buffet breakfast with friendly staff. The room was presented beautifully with special arrangements made for our anniversary. Bathroom was clean and fully stocked with essentials. Slightly old may need touch ups to paint work around sockets etc.

Breakfast was excellent. Fresh and perfectly presented. Room was spotless and had a lovely view of the water. Very pleasant stay that I would highly recommend.

Staff were all amazing. Food was delicious and breakfast was one of the best we've had in a long time. Would stay again and highly recommend a visit!

The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible. Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it. Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again.

Beautiful room with amazing vaulted ceiling and gorgeous views over the water from the sliding glass doors and balcony! I would love to stay in this room again!!

Check in was very easy online & the reception staff were very friendly on arrival. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large balcony with a great view. The room was very modern and fitted out with a couch and 2 armchairs and foot rests. There were also 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful, and once again the staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit outside town so you would need to get a taxi (€20). Only a short drive to Curraghcloe Beach (20 Minutes) if you fancy a nice walk by the sea. Lovely hotel, will be returning soon hopefully.
