Lovely place; showing some age; with hardware in shower; swimming pool wonderful, lots of restaurants, didn't get the upgrade I wanted. I've stayed twice now.

Our room had a view of the stairs and the air conditioning unit was outside our room! For the price of the room I was very disappointed! There was no coffee available in the room, room service only! The facility is very pretty outside but our room was old and worn.

This was our second time staying here and we really like this hotel, rooms and bathrooms are ample. The pool looks amazing with lots of outdoor sitting, we have yet to enjoy it. We did receive VIP status with my Gold Status from Expedia, didnt use the benefits tho. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. Its a happy medium between the strip and local eateries.

Excellent location with restaurants and retail.

We had a very nice stay. Everything is clean, service was great. Everyone was very helpful as we were new in the area. I would recommend Green Valley, Hotel and Casino to anyone.

I liked the vegetation. I didn’t like that check in was 3 and we were still waiting for our room at 4.

We stayed on the 5th floor of the East wing. There was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom shower.

I was pleasantly surprised, it was an excellent stay.

Valet should have an established protocol for managing vehicles arriving for check -in. Where do we leave our vehicles during the check in process?

For a five star room that was very expensive the bed was 2.5 star and there was no pillows on the giant couch to make it comfortable to sit on. They charged for incidentals and there wasn’t any. I had to make multiple trips to the front desk because there card keys were not working. It was misrepresentation on your part. This was not what I paid for.

Room needs to be refurbished. Television was very small
