Amazing room. Fantastic staff. Location is within driving distance to the city but far enough away where it’s not so hectic. Would not hesitate to return!

Property is a bit dated but good value for price. More enforcement around people smoking in rooms should be in place and should include eviction as the floor I was on was overwhelming smelling of cigarettes to the point we blocked the bottom of the door and cleaned our own room and used deodorizers to make it less uncomfortable. Air conditioning also needs inspection as it is noisy and plumbing could use attention due to slow flushing toilets that require up to 3 flushes. Desk staff was awesome, cleaning staff could use lessons in English for better communication of simple requests. I would definitely stay here again, these are just constructive suggestions.

I checked in around 6 p.m and right of the bat the Hotel clerk wasn't friendly if anything she was a bit rude. I reserved a king suit but the room wasn't anything like the picture at all, there was a jacuzzi and a big sofa in the picture advertised but my room was pretty small and there was stains of smt on the wallpaper. Other than that it was relatively clean as far as maintenance

I booked king suite, and the layout was not great since the desk table was near the door. Staff was very helpful, finding me a queen suite which had better layout. However, the heat system was above the bed the fan making noise all night long, so I didn't have a good sleep on first night. Again with help from the from desk, he shut it down and opened the window so I had better sleep next 3 nights. I usually booked at this hotel or the downtown one. Rate is reasonable included breakfast.

the room was in good condition. there are two things that concerns me. 1. the room is not sound proof and I can hear the neighbour's kid screaming all day. 2. there are smoke smell in the room and hallway.
