Staff was great at check in and at breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable Down side was the room was way to hot, I called down to the front desk and they said to turn the floor electric heater off which I did but since there was no air flow or a way to cool the room down, it stayed hot and uncomfortable for the night

Just a very nice Quiet hotel, convenient access and a very friendly and accommodating staff. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel anytime.

The rooms say smoke free but they’re not. It smelt like someone had been smoking in there. When I returned to the hotel around 9pm someone had definitely been smoking in the stairwell, it was so strong, it was hard to breathe. I told the woman in charge at the front desk but she just said “oh I’ll let the manager know”, and “oh I’ll see who it is”. Not that I expect much from this situation, but there was no apology or any sort of accommodation like moving rooms or an explanation on why it wasn’t offered. It also wasn’t brought up again before leaving, it just felt like really bad customer service. The hotel is not taken care of at all, the bathroom had hair stuck under the taps and the wallpaper is peeling off and had clearly never been wiped so it was filthy. We made the best of it, but I do not recommend staying here, especially for what the charge is for a room.

The entire Hotel was fantastic. We arrived Tues Feb 3 at 9pm and the front desk attendant was exceptional. Even the restaurant was fantastic.Very welcoming environment.

The front desk staff was not kind. Was on his phone then had an attitude.

The room was ok, comfortable bed. Just felt "tired". Bar / Restaurant closed at 8.30pm and the vending machine wasnt working with not even bottled water in the room

For an older hotel, it has been kept up very well. Our room was elegant, spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free continental breakfast was adequate but disappointing. Pastries were stale. We were not able to toast our english muffins and bagels and the fruit selection consisted of chunks of oranges a melon.
