Reserved 2 queen bed room..so much bigger than expected. Desk w/chsir, table w/2 chairs, single armchair. No carpets in room which was great. Pool and hot tub are wonderful!

Lightning in the rooms could be better, otherwise the site was amazing, great sauna area, pool for kids and location. Great staff.

Room not clean, no light in the bathroom, floor scratched. It was the first and last time to stay at this hotel.

Weird smell in the room ( moisture)

I loved that they have charging station for EV and a great jacuzzi.

Very nice for the price. Great pool area for the kids, hot tub, sauna for adults. 4 restaurants within 2 minute walk. Great spot for a couple night gateway.

Bien, propreté et personnels courtois.

Grande chambre et très propre. Le personnel à l’avant était très amical et nous ont bien conseillés. La spa et le sauna était propre et tranquille. Beaucoup d’options de restaurants tout autour à quelques minutes de marche.

Clean room, nice spa/pool

The person who checked us in was a young female who yelled at my husband when we were checking in. He went into the closed kitchen area just to see the weather report playing on the TV that was on and was reprimanded for being in the “closed area”. We asked for extra towels and also received a rude response. Later that evening we noticed how kind and flirtatious she was with male customers checking in.

Ça m'a pris 1 heure pour avoir accès à ma chambre car dans le système de l'hôtel le commis m'a dit que le paiement de la chambre n'avait pas été fait par Expedia mais plutôt un sous traitant qui n'avait pas donné le # derrière la carte. Ce fût une expérience extrêmement déplaisante.

Le directeur relationnel Pascal Levert n’a pas voulu corriger son erreur sur le prix de la chambre et m’a dit de contacter Expedia si je voulais me faire rembourser. Il a été arrogant et prétentieux me disant qu’il sait comment faire sa job. Plus tard il m’appelle pour admettre son erreur et créditera le client sur sa carte de crédit.
