The elevator was broken and it did not appear that any effort was being made to repair it. I was on the third floor and was not offered any help to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs notr any compensation. The rooms have a musty odor. The concierges were not all very friendly. It’s no wonder why one younger gentleman was given the late night/early morning shift. He didn’t even smile as I walked past him. The concierges during peak hours were friendly enough.
On the other hand, breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very kind.
Very convenient location to shopping and dining. However, it’s not as close to the university as they try to make it appear. It’s a liittle drive through small streets, with low limits and a many stops.
