I liked everything about my stay at your hotel

The hotel was good and clean. They seemed short staffed but were still able to attend to everything as needed. We went on the weekend of spring break which was a mistake! About 50 college kids partying until 3am without staff there to tell about the noise.

You guys were amazing. Clean and quiet

I was able to hear the complete conversation of the people in the room next to me. There was a connecting door so maybe that was part of the problem. I also had a pet friendly room and I usually take that into consideration when making an opinion of the room, but I kept smelling a urine smell and also a musty smell.

Breakfast can be improved. Room was a little dirty.

Full beds not queens. Shower diverter didn’t work. Safe was inoperable. Smell of pot in main halls. Just a very tired and outdated property. Sad thing is we have stayed here before and overlooked the age of property and rooms because of location…r3ally surprised they can fly a Wyndam banner…last time for us…sorry.

Check in with the kiosk was different but easy. The check out process was smooth and they even worked with me on a late check out. It’s very hard to get in contact with someone over the phone. There is no phone in the rooms. Balcony wasn’t cleaned off so I had to do that before sitting outside to enjoy. Breakfast consist of cereal, fruit and water/juice.

2 day weekend family stay. Wrong room given after lenghlty in office check in, even though i did online check in. Room was very old

They only cleaned out room once in a week we stayed there and no one was available to even get fresh towels no one was at front desk in the evening

Smelled like cigarettes in the whole building, our room had no toilet paper. No soap or shampoo ,floors and bed sheets were awful

The breakfast sucked! They could do better!

Was a nice place to stay, just a short walk to the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Outer Banks er bare et hyggeligt område - og hotellet her er ganske fint beliggende. Det hele virker dog en anelse slidt - og man tjekker ind via en skærm, hvilket kan virke lidt forvirrende. Fint med fri parkering lige udenfor. Morgenmaden er virkelig ikke noget at skrive hjem om - der står en pose med "noget" i. Men stiller du ikke de store krav, er hotellet udemærket - og vi vil absolut ikke have noget imod at tage nogle flere overnatninger på dette hotel.

Convenient location and great area. A little out dated but clean.

Easy check-in. The only problem so far has been the broken ice machine on our floor.

We have stayed here the last 5 years for an overnight before being able to get into our beach house for the week. This property has really gone downhill. It's not being updated at all. I will say that it is clean but needs a lot of maintenance done.

Terrible breakfast (Grab and go only!!, almost nothing edible at all). Foods has fungus on it.

I had stains on my sheets stains that look like blood on the sheets and blanket. The area is racist ( if you’re black I would not recommend) I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable. I was scared to complain about the sheet due to feeling unsafe. Also I had to wait 2hrs to check in, I’m blessed and so thankful to be back home.

Beautiful facility...right across from the beach ! LOVED that the outdoor pool was still open ! Booking for next year as soon as we get home !
