We ended up in the annex next to the lift. We were worried about that to start with because of reviews. But we had a lovely stay and used the main hotel to sit and have drinks and play cards, et cetera. It worked out very well we would stay again.

Frokosten var meget skuffende. Lite mat. Varm drikke. Sure personalet i frokost buffén. Ikke smør til brød. Tørre kaker. Tørr omelett. Spurte om å ikke få brent omelett, fikk brent omelett. Anbefaler ikke frokost her, men resten av oppholdet var veldig bra. Store rom til skiutstyr. Bra parkering. Og kort vei til skiheis. Personalet i resepsjonen er høffelige.

This is an older hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. We found out after our first day that the breakfast buffet was included in our stay - that was a nice surprise. We made good use of it for the next two days. There are restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk to the bus station from the hotel.

What I liked: The location is excellent — just a short walk to Courmayeur’s main street, shops, and restaurants. It’s also conveniently close to the Skyway Monte Bianco and public transportation. The area felt safe and quiet at night. What I didn’t like: The property feels dated and could benefit from renovation. While the room was clean, the furniture and fixtures are worn. Service was functional but not warm — more transactional than welcoming. Breakfast was adequate but not memorable. For the price, I expected more attention to detail in both service and amenities. Overall: A convenient base for exploring Courmayeur with a great location, but the property needs modernization and more engaging service to stand out.

We liked everything and definatelly will stay again

Conveniently located, Les Jumeaux is adequately named as property is divided in two hotels. We were sent to the second building, next to the ski lift. Unfortunately it is a long walk, no side walk available with a difficult access; fortunately we were guided by the cery helpful bellman. Property is runned down, rooms need renovating though housekeeping was excellent. Avoid rooms facing valley as they are beaten by the sun and AC did not work; we slept windows open but the room was above a busy road with traffic all night. Breakfast was served in a room with no windows (!?) and service was lackadaisical. Lobby had torn sofas and overall property needs refreshing; whilst nicely located in a central residential area of Courmayeur, there are better alternatives available at similar rates. The ladies at the reception saved the stay as for most staff at Les Jumeaux who were very helpful and pleasant.

Personnel très accueillant (c'est le principal) mais l'hôtel porte bien son nom "Les Jumeaux" : le bâtiment principal est très bien mais l'annexe, où se trouvait notre chambre est hors d'âge ! Dans notre chambre, le lit principal était très confortable, la chambre très propre, mais les lits d'appoint étaient indigents. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner est complet mais la qualité des mets juste passable. Pour une nuit, en étape, comme nous l'avons fait, c'était ok...mais encore une fois la gentillesse du personnel rattrape tout !
