Very nice cool hotel even though it’s Christmas and Boxing Day they leave the spa wellness swimming pool open

Everything was OK. I had to leave early, so they prepared a carry-on breakfast.

Shower Gel was empty on arrival and not refilled during the stay, on booking ‘designer toiletries’ were offered but nothing was available in the room only 2 small bottles of body lotion. Food in the restaurant was ok just not very hot. Walls in the rooms are quite thin and you can hear people in the next room - On this basis I would look for an alternative hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr geräumigen Zimmern. Aber man fühlt sich nicht willkommen, Check in kurz und knapp, nur 1 Schlüsselkarte für 2 Personen? Keinerlei Aussagen über Restaurant oder Bar, geschweige über Wellness usw. Zimmer werden in 3-4 Minuten „sauber“ gemacht. Frühstücksbüffet mehrere kaputte Aufbewahrungen für Wurst und Käse ( in 5 Tagen nicht ausgetauscht. Unabgedecktes hartes Brot, es wird auch zu spät nachgefüllt, obwohl reichlich Personal und nicht viele Gäste, aber Personal unterhält sich lieber privat. In der Beschreibung werden als Sprachen Deutsch , Englisch und Ungarisch angegeben, jedoch spricht dort niemand Deutsch. Innenhof sehr schön angelegt, aber total ungepflegt. Check out auch kurz und knapp, keinerlei Fragen ob alles in Ordnung war oder ähnliches. Schade, das Hotel mit der Einrichtung hat wirklich Potenzial.

Room tired with marked walls..close to where i needed to be. Restaurant breakfast was good choice and nice. Maids pleasant and catered for needs. Checkin good and very helpful staff. Some parts are 4 star and some werent. THE room was not in my opinion had to ask for kettle and didn't expect the grubby walls

Hotel com e' zero professionale.supporto zero quando hai un problema con un hotel

Hotel lontano da punti di interesse turistico. Per fortuna avevamo affittato un'auto e non abbiamo dovuto fruire dei mezzi pubblici che non erano facilmente raggiungibili dall'hotel. Personale gentile, colazione dolce discreta, camere ampie ma pulizia approssimativa... ragni e relative ragnatele! Rapporto qualità prezzo non favorevole.

En vue général il est propre et le personnel est sympas. Le petit dej pas vraiment à mes attentes, Par contre un cafard sur mon bras à mon réveil !

Excellent property, very quiet, lovely front desk staff, great breakfast, swimming pool, steam room and salt room are a bonus. I walked everywhere as it’s around 45 mins to city centre. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was excellent from the very first moment.The staff was very kind and helpful.All the facilities were clean and in good condition.We only had our breakfast in the hotel which offered a good variety and fresh selection of delicious food.I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.It was a great value of money and the location is good,close to transport hubs if you want to look around in Budapest.

Absolut värt pengarna. Riktigt bra service

Det var super bra men tyckte de va dåligt att de inte fanns matutbud senare än 21.30. Inte ens en smörgås eller så. Spaet är jätte fint men bubbel Poolen kan behöva en renovering. Gården omkring hotellet är fantastiskt och personalen i restaurangen är helt underbara. Super fräscht rum och fick mycket för pengarna! Äldre man i receptionen kunde varit trevligare och kanske gladare...med tanke på service inriktat yrke.

Da der 1.Mai ein Feiertag war konnte man die Zusatzangebote wie Massagen udg. nicht nutzen, da über die ganzen Tage keiner anwesend war. Das ist sehr schade. Denn genau zu solchen Tagen, nimmt man ein wenig Auszeit und würde gern sowas nutzen, aber ging nicht. Die Bar sollte am Samstag bis 22 Uhr offen haben. War aber bereits um ca. 20 Uhr geschlossen. Ansonsten war das Hotel ok. Essen war gut. Würden es aber auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.
