When I tried to go to bed, bedbugs started biting me, and when I looked around, I found a lot of them on the mattress!! This is disgusting! I'll never in my life use this hotel and I'll tell everyone in the community about my experience.

Easy check in after long day of driving. Clean room/bathroom. Liked the updated shower surround. Comfy bed. Quiet for quality sleep.

A great place to stop when travelling to the US, very close to the bridge. Not a luxury hotel but very nice, clean and all you need. Internet works, parking is easy and being able to grab a quick coffee and something to eat before continuing the journey is very helpful.

Rooms are new and reasonably clean. Breakfast is limited in items. Convenient place to stop before crossing the border.

The staff are friendly and the hotel itself is clean, it’s just outdated. Bathroom fixtures could be updated, the shower needed more pressure or a better shower head. The television only gives you 13 channels (not many genres to choose from), the screen is grainy and the tv’s do not allow you to plug in the USB to stream off your phone. The hotel parking lot isn’t busy, lots of space to park, yet they want $10 per night per vehicle for any extra vehicles, just a cash grab for not being a very updated place. I’d stay again, but only because staff is friendly and the location is right.
