There was a roach that came out the vent and the front desk lady is very rude

Power kept going off in room . Police chased people through facilities while I was there with my grandchild . Nothing you needed was there in the room , towels wash rags . It is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a hotel . It should be taken down from this site if you ask me . Very rude customer service to top it all off . Checked out a day early just to get away

Great office staff

This hotel is horrible and the lady at the front desk is nasty and rude for no reason. She gave me a dirty room and when I told her it was dirty she replied, “Yeah, I know it’s only one house keeper and you can wait in the room.” Gave me another room but I decided to just go to another hotel. She refused to give me a waiver for a refund knowing that the room wasn’t ready and the condition of the hotel is subpar at best. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

The room not so clean. The tolet leaks The hanger rack broken, no ice machine worked. A/ C was loud. Bad smelling towels. No breakfast bar. Good swimming pool.

The room locks do not work then I get a next room. The room was dirty. The sheet was dirty. The towel as hair all over it . The bathroom toilet was leaking water. It’s very bad terrible . then when I try to check out the lady did not want to give me my deposit back so I have to call Expedia to dispute my deposit back to my card. I could not stay there. It was terrible. So guys please don’t stay here. My baby was itching so bad from their sheet on the bed and I was itching as well. When I asked the lady to give me my money to my card. They tell me it’s no refundable. It’s not good there. The experience was not good. My original stay was for 4 night and I only spent two night because they did not want to give me back my refund to my card so I could book an next hotel so what I did I can Expedia and Expedia ask them kindly to give me back my money and colleague for the two night that I spent there and the only reason why I spent tonight is because They did not wanna give me back my money so do not stay here .

The first room still had dirty clothes, underwear and socks in the bathroom, The 2nd room smelled like dog and bleach and there was no trash can or soap in the room! The breakfast they display on the site is nothing like the slim selection offered on the front lobby! And to add there was a big palmetto bug in the middle of the floor that the front desk lady looked at and walked right passed Also there are people that live there

The manager is a racist and threatened to hold the deposite without any reason

A good price. However, the property is rather run down and the AC in the room was not functioning properly.

The people working there are actually very good, and efficient. The property is in generally poor condition, not actually very dirty but old and run down.

I was very disappointed in this hotel after seeing the many reviews on this place I had addressed my concerns with hotel .com and hotel.com spoke to the hotel but I still had cockroaches running in the bathroom and my bed. With my daughter.when I spoke to manager about she send the housekeeper. I told her that it was nothing she could do hey need an exterminator to spray. I checked out and went to another hotel. I came for a happy time and this was a nightmare with this hotel!

I booked a room here last minute, the photos looked like a decent hotel. The room was absolutely filthy. There was a hole in the bathroom wall that I could see into the ceiling through. I do not think this room has been cleaned not only for me but after multiple stays of other people, there were splatters all over the walls and doors. I got out of the shower and there was a cockroach crawling down the wall. Even if staying at a budget hotel, there should be a level of expected cleanliness. Someone tried opening my door around 1am. The curtains were covered in stains. It was missing furniture, and lamps. The shower curtain and towels were stained. I’m pretty sure the sheets were not fresh either. This is not a “3 star” hotel and I have no idea how they more than a 0 for reviews. This place is a health code violation, I have photos of everything and look forward to hearing back from you.
