Nice room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Nice big TV. Enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies! Staff were helpful.

There was a rust in the bathtub.

Tub/shower could be shut of completely and dripped all night. Not well maintained.

The front desk employee that worked the graveyard shift was amazing! She was super friendly and helpful working with my family on checking in late after delayed flights.

Easy check in. Appreciate the affordable extended parking. Shuttle was super easy. The staff member that checked us in was incredibly kind and helpful! Rooms were clean. We had a great experience for this stay! Will be staying again!

Just a regular, no-frills airport motel. Three issues - our bathtub was pretty disgusting in that the drain was scummed over and hard to imagine submerging oneself into, much less step into for a shower. Also the bottom of the tub itself seemed as if the enamel had worn completely away, just overall seeming unsanitary. Secondly, checkout time was 11:00 am. At 8:00 am, we were startled by loud knocking on our door. As I opened the door, a housekeeper looked startled to see the room still occupied. She asked me “when are you leaving?” which I found a bit inappropriate. Staff should always consult with the desk to see if guests have checked out. Finally there were no amenity or welcome cards in the room notifying us of breakfast time or WiFi availability.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was great! This hotel is a way from the city and noise level was great.

Our go to pet friendly hotel in Salt Lake. Pet fee $25/pet.

My stay was quick, and my room was clean and Comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Having nice friendly staff made this five stars, and getting shuttled to and from airport was no hassle.

Room was not very clean; sticky areas on floor and chair, really dirty and smeared light switches. Requested a rollaway bed beforehand, but didn’t receive one and was told they were all in use. Not sure how this room is supposed to sleep 5 without that. My son slept on the floor using a sleeping bag we thankfully had in our trunk. Breakfast was good.

Everything was great

When I travel to Salt Lake City, I always choose this location. Specifically because it's the best home away from home. Cleanliness 10/10, Staff 10/10, Amenities 10/10. It's a very central location and yet so peaceful, easy access to highways,and just a few minute drive from downtown or west valley.

Great pool and hot tub. Parking was good, but pretty crowded.

We arrived in the evening and had to take an Uber after waiting 1/2 hour for the “free shuttle”. There were at least 10 people in line to check in and only one employee working in the whole place. Took almost an hour to get to the front desk to check in and there were about 20 people behind us! The phone was ringing in the background the whole time, no one answering it. Probably people calling for the “free shuttle”. Got to our room, I was freezing after standing waiting for the shuttle that never came. So decided to have a hot shower. Turned on the shower and it started spraying on the ceiling. My husband played around with the connection and finally got it to work properly. Tried watching the tv but could only get one channel to work. Knew it was useless to call for help with the one employee and huge line up in the lobby…. Still cold, I got in bed under a very thin duvet. No extra blankets to be seen. It is February…Next morning went for breakfast. Asked about the “free shuttle” and were told it was full. Wow! Got some “hot” chocolate but the water provided was less than hot. I realised that it was busy because there had been delays at the airport due to weather, but this is advertised as a airport hotel, they should have a plan for caring for sudden influxes of guests at such times. Not coming again.

Heater fan was super loud all night. The lighting in the room was poor. Phone flashlight is better than those 2 dim bulbs.
