We got 30 check in. It took them an hour and a half to give us a room then the changes room before they get this one because it wasn’t ready. We expected a lot better for the money we pay very disappointed we’re probably went out he returning to that place I get Our reference will be for them to return us some of our money back for the inconvenience that we have with their hotel not happy at all.

Front desk was great was allowed late checkout being a member. Kids were welcomed with inflatable toy balls for the pool and, enjoyed the daily kid activities pool side. The kids Rec person who did the sand art was so kind an patient she needs to be recognized!

Great beach location with friendly staff, clean rooms, Yuri the bartender was superb!! Love the big pool and pool deck with musical entertainment. Will definitely come back again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Convenient to habe decent restaurant on site. Good vires from balcony of ocean, especially sunrise. Good beach access and nice pool area

Overall, the stay was pleasant. A few minor adjustments had to be made. the hotel staff very accommodating and professional. Pleasant to deal with. The rooms were very clean, however the beds could have been a lil more comfortable. SUNRISES were absolutely beautiful.

Clean room, love the kiddy size pool for my babies. Easy beach access. Live entertainment by the pool area.

Checkin was fine, but parking is a beast. Very small parking area, and don’t expect to park on the first floor, and squeeze in the tiny parking garage. We went down to the oool, for a bit, and when we came back, there were bugs crawling all over the nightstand in between the beds. We were so exhausted, and I had bug spray for your skin, so we sprayed it all over the nightstand, but then my 9 year old son was totally freaked out and didn’t want to sleep there. The atmosphere is fun at the hotel, and the view of the beach was beautiful, but won’t be returning and praying no bugs hitched a ride home with us.

Amazing! Will definitely stay again. Kid friendly. Outdoor pool. Easy beach access from hotel property. Food is delicious. Comfy beds!

Super friendly staff and great customer service, only downside is we asked for beach view and were put on first floor with barely any view of the beach but other than that we were very pleased.

While I enjoyed my stay. I appreciated how accommodating they were, but it would be nice to be able to eat in the restaurant.

Pool area and kiddy splash pool were fun. Drinks and food allowed in pool area made it convenient. Staff was friendly and knowledgable.

I love this hotel for many reasons. The rooms are clean and inviting and the pool area has ample space. The only bad thing I would ever say is the parking is awful. Other than that, I highly recommend.

This was a great stay, and we enjoyed the balcony view and quietness the night transitioned into once the pool area closed. The activities could have been more adult inclusive, and a variety through the evening.
