Helpful staff

Great staff, very good food but the lobby smells very musty. The room was not too bad, but you really noticed it in the lobby. Had a shuttle to the racetrack and enjoyed that extra.

The Comfort Inn is very conveniently located. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus! The WiFi is spotty and I had to watch a “commercial” each time I wanted to log in. The only negative was when I requested clean towels, empty the garbage and make the bed, I received a plastic bag of towels and linens outside the door. The garbage was still overflowing and bed was not touched. No offense, but I’m not changing my sheets while on a four day vacation. Other than that, this hotel was great and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great stay but remember this there is no pool it’s a cafeteria area where they serve a nice breakfast with 24 hour great coffee.

The location was excellent. Check-in was extremely efficient. The room was very large with a very comfortable king bed, a couch, and desk where I could work. It was quiet all night, and the breakfast options were very good and well-stocked.

The staff was very helpful. A pool would have been nice. It was a little further away from the state park than I expected but all in all a nice place

The hotel itself is nice. The lobby is lovely and the staff is wonderful. We had a King Suite. I called to request a third floor room and was told we would have one, but upon arrival we were placed in a room on the second floor, so a little confused by that disconnect. The room itself was nice and the bed was quite comfortable, but we disliked the square pillows on the bed. We also liked having the desk and the couch. It was annoying that when guests were talking outside in the front of the hotel, that their voices carried to our room that was on the side of the hotel. Breakfast and parking was included which was nice, but also expected when you pay high rates with $380 for a Saturday night. We went out the whole first day and came back to a room that was not made up. We returned a second day to beds unmade and an unclean bathroom. I questioned it at the front desk and was told that we have to hang out the slip saying we want service. WHAT?!?!? For the rates that are charged the room should be cleaned EVERY DAY! The nice man who assisted me explained that since covid this is for "safety reasons". Let's be real. Covid was five years ago. We all know now that germs are not spread through touch DNA and staff can wear masks and gloves to protect guests. This is just laziness and cheapness on the part of management. I recently stayed at a spa property which charged LESS per night and not only was the room cleaned EVERY DAY, they offered turn down service and le
