I woke up to a roach in my bed.

Horrible horrible... you pay for extended stay, i had my groceries, but they had absolutely NO DISHWARE...TV the people were blue, NO maintenance, and ONLY ONE housekeeping... REALLY!! I checked out the same day N you all refuse to give me a refund for staying only 15 mins. NEVER AGAIN..HORRIBLE

Property did not exactly match the description. The rooms were dark and gloomy, seems hallways were half lit. The shower head restricted the water flow to a mist. On our third night there was a service person at the front desk asking for identification and re-registration for our room as she stated “per policy” but once we asked to speak to her manager she went back to actually helping us. Of the three room keys we had only one worked by the last day of our stay. Definitely never staying at this location ever again and recommends others avoid if possible. There were 2 other service personnel which were amazing but that is not enough for us to recommend others experience what we did.

Alltogether we enjoyed our trip as of the cocaroachs i cant comment

Got Key card went to room it didnt work went back to lobby Hotel Associate came up with me card work entered room floor was dirty Look like someone was just in there bathroom tub dirty and bathroom sink Clogged not likely going back there again.

Loud Rowdy Hotel inside & out the entire Night stay, Horrible Smelling room,unclean Room and Bathroom

It was a little bit more on the ghetto side and shower barely worked

We had 2 rooms one was okay and the other was horrible. Everything has changed since the last time we were here. Breakfast is not good anymore. Everything is different now

Unfortunately, I don’t usually like to provide negative feedback. 1st when arriving to the hotel I was told “Just a reminder the elevator is out of service” well I was never informed in the 1st place that the elevator was working when making my reservation. The property does accommodate guest with pets which I’m not opposed to. However, the walkways outside of the facility had animal feces that apparently had been there for a while. Inside of the property could’ve been cleaner. Don’t make reservations at this hotel thinking the complementary breakfast is anymore than coffee and hot water to make tea. I stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned which was okay but when calling the front desk letting them know I needed additional towels, hand towels and wash cloths I was told to go to the front desk and they would be provided. Needless to say I won’t be staying at this property again while in Vacaville.

The elevator was broken for over two weeks. There were cockroaches in the rooms. Staff was not helpful

Bathroom door handle broken. Rooms keys demagnetise very easily -had new room key made 3 times.

The room was nasty it was holes in the curtains and stains on the sheets.. and a lot of people on crack loud in the hallways.. kids crying all night long people outside sleep on car they let anyone stay there a hot ass mess..

The place was good for a last minute reservation. Thank you
