Nice outdoor facilities but not maintained so barely operable. Lots of drugs and police there. Probably wont stay here again

Long road trip. Palm Spings Ca to Philadelphia Pa. Late check in was great.

Affordable, clean and conveniently right off the interstate freeway. Met my needs for a 1-night stay.

The hotel room had someone's sock laying on the floor closet and the top of a deordorant container laying on the floor. The hot tub was closed off so we couldn't use that. It seems a fuse blew in the breakfast area so we were unable to eat and the person at the counter, although very apologetic, was unable to fix it. There was also a lot of noises (pinging and knocking) throughout the night. The kids enjoyed the pool but when it came time to rinse off back in the room, the bathtub was not draining properly. The room layout was very crowded.

Was pleasantly surprised how the property improved from a visit over a year ago. The room didn't smell of smoke, heat regulation was great, and service was excellent! Was surprised to see that our car was the only one at 9pm, but later saw several others enter. They missed out on a great breakfast though!

Hot tub was broken, hair dryer didn’t work, shower was janky, no thermostat in the room to control temperature, mattress and pillows were junk.. I wish we would have stayed at the Country Inn & Suites.

The pool was freezing cold

I had a clean and quiet room for my 2-day trip. Parking was convenient and spacious. The pool was nice, although it felt a bit awkward being located near the front desk, as strangers would stare while walking by.

At check in I was told of a 30.00 dollar up charge for having a service dog. After a long discussion the manage was called and decided I would not be charged this time. Then two room numbers were written in key card, neither of those rooms were mine. After going back to the front desk twice I was told the card works but for a completely different room. Once in room, smoke detector was beeping, were I was told they would just remove it for the night. The toilet ran water all night.

I enjoyed our stay there, the staff is friendly and come across that they like their jobs. I need to give and shout out to housekeeping, she was the best, friendly, and made sure we had what we needed or wanted. She is wonderful and hope she is there when we come stay again.

Breakfast was not good, we ended up eating out. Everything was old,wxactly thesame as when we were there 22 years ago. Prerty sure 8t was thesame mattresses and linens too
