The hotel is nice. The location in the center of the city was excellent. The staff were great and always very helpful.

* Excelente ubicación céntrica, a unos 10 minutos a pie de las principales atracciones * Aparcamiento subterráneo disponible por 15 € al día * Personal acogedor y profesional que habla inglés * Por desgracia, el proceso de registro fue muy largo y tedioso. ¡Probablemente nos llevó unos 30 minutos! Nos dijeron que era un sistema nuevo, pero nos pidieron los pasaportes varias veces después de habérnoslos devuelto. * La habitación era moderna, limpia y ordenada, con una nevera pequeña y un secador de pelo, pero sin hervidor ni plancha. * El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba orientado hacia la ventana y no hacía circular bien el aire, por lo que a veces hacía demasiado calor, incluso con el termostato en la posición más baja. * El desayuno costaba 14 €. ———— * Great central location, @10mins walk from the major attractions * Hotel underground parking available at €15 day * Welcoming & professional English speaking staff * Unfortunately the check-in process was very long & tedious! It probably took 30 minutes! We were advised it was a new system but our passports were requested multiple times after being handed back! * The room was modern, clean & tidy with a small fridge & hairdryer, but no kettle or iron. * The room air conditioning pointed towards the window & didn’t circulate the air very well so the room seemed too warm at times even when set to the lowest setting. * Breakfast was available for €14

Check in and staff brilliant, breakfast great. No English fry up thank god’ lots of healthy fresh salad and fruits, eggs and some tasty bacon. Room had a lovely balcony terrace. Good value for the money. Ideal for the town centre. Lots of good friendly bars close by. Can’t wait to return. No bar in the hotel but their is a vending area with everything you need😎

Bel hôtel avec un super déjeuner. Attention toutefois si vous n’aimez pas les lits très durs !

Great location. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. A kettle/coffee maker in the room would be nice. For a hotel this size I had expected a bar in the hotel

L'albergo è un po' datato, ma pulito e silenzioso e spazi molto ampi. Ottima colazione a buffet.

a única questão é o Wi-Fi que não possui senha, deveria ter para reduzir vulnerabilidades. La red Wi-Fi sin contraseña es como dejar la puerta de casa abierta. Cualquiera puede conectarse, consumir tu ancho de banda y, lo que es peor, aprovechar vulnerabilidades para acceder a tus dispositivos o datos personales Having a Wi-Fi network without a password is like leaving your front door wide open. Anyone can connect, consume your bandwidth, and—worse—exploit vulnerabilities to access your devices or personal data.

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable mais décoration vieillotte. Très bien placé en centre ville.

Good hotel centrally located. Staff were absolutely amazing. Great customer service!!!! Rooms are ok, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast is great, buffet with lots of choices, very good price if you pay in advance. All in all a decent hotel.

La calefacción estaba en automático y muy caliente para mi gusto. Los clientes deberíamos poder elegir la temperatura.

Lovely lady on reception . Clean hotel . A bit odd tho as was empty & no one seemed to be staying there . Enormous lobby area , nicely furnished, with what looked could have been a bar? Lacked any sort of amenities. The room was great tea & coffee & kettle , but no milk . Jerez seemed like a ghost town . We stayed early March & very little restaurants open
