Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel! Die Zimmer waren relativ groß und man hatte genügend Platz. Zwei Gasgrills waren vorhanden und wurden von uns auch genutzt. Sehr gute Frühstücksauswahl! Sogar Blaubeeren wurden bereitgestellt. Ruhige Gegend, wo man auch am Abend ohne Bedenken einen kleinen Spaziergang machen kann. TOP und zu empfehlen.

Unsanitary conditions that we didn’t stay & had to rebook another hotel in the area!

Normally, I don’t have a problem with Staybridge suites I for one part it was very dirty bathroom dirty blankets. I ended up going out and buying sheets cause it was just dirty and I didn’t feel like going anywhere else. The next day I needed to stay and I try to reserve the reservation again and they made me call them on the phone in front of them. I just made a big deal out of it normally I’ve never had a problem, but today was just an unpleasant And terrible experience. They need to do better next time.

Staff are not friendly.

It was ok but there were some problems - water accumulation was there in the hallway in front of my room and it was there for quite some time.

There was a random 150$ deposit we were never told about. The toilet clogged. And the bed sheets had stains on them.

Room was okay, furniture outdated. Original room did not have working AC, went to front desk on second night to request a new room and hotel staff was resistant to move me but eventually got me into a different room.

The property pictures on Expedia aren't the same as the actual property. We had several issues during our 14 night stay. The sofa was torn from the corner, upon informing the hotel staff nothing was done to compensate. The room was also missing frying pans and pots, something you expect ina hotel with a kitchen. Upon informing the staff, the pots and pans were provided. The cooker didn't work for part of the stay, it was also fixed the next day after informing the staff. All in all, too many things went wrong but most of all the pictures of the room weren't the same as the actual room. Please note that the one bedroom suites are very dated and dimly lit. On a positive note, the location is great, safe with lots of restaurants around, the attitude of the staff was pleasing, the breakfast is really good with eggs sausages, mixed fruits and various breads.

Staff assisted when necessary but the thermostat didn’t work so room was hotter than normal and no way of controlling the temperature in the room

The customer service was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice hotel for an older reconfigured building.

Our room was excellent. Having a bedroom separate from the living and kitchen was nice and having a sofa. bed. So our daughter could sleep on that way me and my wife, each had a bed to ourselves. Having a full side fridge with a ice maker inside was nice. So we didn't have to go find any down the hall. Breakfast was good , the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The first night was not a good night one of the full-size beds mattress felt like springs actually like cardboard then the refrigerator wasn’t working. Water was leaking from the freezer to the refrigerator. Maintenance came and said oh it’s broken in the back and I’m assuming that stove icemaker line so we had to stay in the room the first night because there were no more rooms available but in the morning, I went downstairs and we were switched to another room and it was great. Love the customer service.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok. Kitchen was not fully functional. 3 stars because of high price.

Convenient and friendly staff.

This hotel is run down, all furniture is beat up, the a/c was run down, did not operate properly. My room in particular has not been updated in years. Not worth the money. Employees at the font counter, all 3 of them, did not speak good English.
