The rooms are in the transition between complimentary soap and shampoo bottles to dispensers, and even though the ones in my room hadn't been filled, the front desk employee handed me bar soap (I brought my own shampoo) and offered to provide any other things I may need- so the service outweighs the lack of soap when I checked in. Gonna stay here next time I'm in town for sure

I was just unhappy with the room. It was just not up the car holes in the wall.Curtains, not hung bed, was way too hard.

Bed was great & size of room was good & clean. Just needs a little updating. Tub was slippery, mirror frame in bathroom was worn which made it look like there was mildew. Hairdryer was missing but holder still on wall.

Smells like smoke the second you walk in, cigarettes and marijuana. I spent 5 minutes in the room and my throat actually hurt because of the smoke. Dirty rooms and torn up furniture. The side door did not lock or even close all the way. Very gross and unsafe.

The hotel is very old. The bathtub/shower has paint that is peeling and there was mold around the frame of the bathroom mirror.

Good clean room, industrial area location

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Quality Inn should be ashamed. The picture on this page is NOT what the lobby looks like now. I should have left after walking in the door. It gets worse, see the pictures. The shower was DISGUSTING! Never stay at a Quality Inn after this!

Staff was friendly, parking for our truck and trailer, per friendly, room was clean

The breakfast was fantastic… the friendly gal put heart & soul into it! The first room we opened had strong odor of smoke. We easily moved to another room. The heater went off after a bit… weather was cold, room was cold. The great staff turned breaker back on! It worked a bit then went off again. But so helpful, she brought the heater from her front desk & it worked good to warm up our room! Very special!

The bed was clean and decently comfortable but the bathroom floor had a film in it, there was some sort of splatter on the wall and it smelled like old food.

Comfortable beds, good coffee, delicious breakfast included

In the middle of the night the bed frame crashed to the ground with me on it. I was terrified!

I didn't overnight stay for work, the room was clean and tidy staff was helpful

Did not look anything like the pictures. Very outdated on the inside of the room, ripped furniture, smelled of old smoke and dust, a lot of sketchy activity in parking lot and surrounding areas. Checked in and check back out immediately. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Locations is fine

Ice machine was broken. Room key didn’t work. Could not check in because system was down. Room smelled bad. Kids pool party going on so guest could not use the pool.

The bed was nice

I really enjoyed the staff.
