Good service

The hotel was modern, clean and had great amenities. We were met by friendly staff members who provided us with great service!

The property go beyond my expectations.

Everything was great hotel service restaurants

The front desk staff especially the red head guy were rude. The room we upgraded to had executive lounge access but the guy in reception had to ask his manager if he can give us access as we presented our Egyptian ID’s instead of the Canadian passports. The hotel and facilities are nice, it’s just the attitude of the employees that make you feel not welcome!

Do not book a stay at JW MARRIOTT in Cairo!! A bunch of thieves that kept our fully refundable money. Over two weeks notice on our trip being cancelled and not a single call back or returned email. Expedia was ZERO help as well.
