Le falta mantenimiento al hotel

La habitación sucia, ninguna toalla, ,en los pasillos en la habitación de al lado platos sucios que están ahí y que no se habian recogidos de 4 días que estuvimos, posiblemente estén . Nada de personal para dar servicio. Está muy olvidado. Y los anuncian como el mejor, no lo creo.

El personal y la habitación que me dieron estuvo muy bien

No me gustó que no te apoyan con la facturación.

El hotel es bonito en general; las habitaciones son amplias y la decoración encaja bien con el estilo medieval esperado. Sin embargo, la limpieza y el mantenimiento, especialmente en los baños, dejan mucho que desear. Los pisos se veían sucios, los sanitarios no descargaban bien, el agua de la regadera salía apenas tibia y los grifos presentaban moho. Los azulejos del baño estaban muy descuidados y la secadora se veía vieja, aunque funcional. Además, la señal de TV era mala. En general, el mayor punto negativo es el descuido en los baños y limpieza general de la habitacion.

El personal fue amable, el precio de me hizo bueno, a la habitación le falta mantenimiento, mal estado los cortineros, tiene un pianito de interruptores para prender y apagar la luz muy rudimentario, en un muro del baño tenía mucho salitre hab. 203

Muy serios o frío el personal

The whole experience was terrible. Had we not arrived so late after a long journey and with a toddler, we would have found more suitable accommodations. Getting to our rooms was a nightmare. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler and we were given rooms across the property from each other. We were given horrible directions to the rooms themselves which were very far from the reception desk-- ultimately the front desk attendant had to personally walk us to the room because it was so far and complicated to get to. The rooms themselves were horrific. Immediately upon entering, I noticed large insects on the ground, massive flying wasp-like beetles and dead flies on the floor and near the windows. The bathroom floor was completely wet because the toilet was leaking. The floorboards were coming apart to the point that if you didn't pay attention, the raised faux wood panels could cut your toes off. The bathroom was riddled with mold and revolting sewage smells emanated from the drain in the sink to the point I didn't want to use the water to even wash my hands. I used bottled water I had brought with us to brush my teeth. The room was hot upon arrival but at least they had a loud but working AC unit in the room. The room door lock was wobbly which didn't make me feel safe especially considering how far the room was. The property could be better lit especially considering how remote the rooms are in this "castle"-inspired property. The pool was gross so don't count on that.

It was a neat experience with clean rooms and friendly staff.

El hotel es muy bello, sus instalaciones de exterior, lo unico es que la habitacion ya esta algo obsoleta, las camas y sabanas ya algo viejas

The room was beyond neglected! Furniture was not only outdated but broken. If you like rustic furniture and tube televisions then is your thing. The door’s latch didn’t even work properly. The place is okey, good for a few pics, but you can tell it needs some good maintenance. The ceilings in the bathroom were moldy. I didn’t even stayed there, went for a different hotel.
