Best place I've had to stay in years honestly. The staff was perfect. The place was clean. The rooms were comfortable options of TV and places to eat within walking range. Lots of hotels can learn from this place

Clean spacious room for a quick overnight trip. I thought breakfast was included in the trip but the only option we saw was a buffet at the connected restaurant that was pricy for what it was. Otherwise it was a very night stay.

Great hotel, close to the renfair. The rooms are a great size and the location is close to the fair. Nice clean rooms, a bit sad the pool wasn't open for our trip but nice all the same

The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Check in was simple and quick. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s my go to hotel to stay at when I’m traveling to that area. The restaurant inside the hotel has a great breakfast buffet.

Staff were friendly, and my family were all around comfortable.

Quite great staff and customer service

Rooms were so humid that bed sheets were literally wet when getting into bed making a good nights sleep extremely challenging, especially for the price. Room was very clean though and staff was lovely.

After traveling five hours in our vehicle, we arrived at your location around 5:00 PM. To our dismay, our room was not ready. We were traveling with two significantly disabled people. Part of a group called Ainsleys Angels to participate in the triathlon at Cesar Creek State Park. We became clearly invisibly upset as our children were tired, cranky and we just needed a cool place to rest and relax and get ready for our next day. Our check-in staff person named Jennifer was very calm, concerned and caring. She did her best to talk us through the process And genuinely was concerned for our well-being. She stated that she expedited our room being finished as quickly as possible that gave me anxiety, thinking our room was not going to be clean and ready. Jennifer checked in with us several times to ensure us that things were moving forward. She had very calming people skills crouch down to make eye contact as we were sitting and waiting. This meant a lot and helped me to keep calm. A room was ready within 20 minutes , or so and when we arrived to our room, it was beautiful very clean and the air conditioning had been turned on so the room was very cool for us. Our stay was very restful that helped us to be ready for our next very busy 5 AM morning thank you Jennifer! On another note, the scen that you have in your lobby that seems lto be coming through your heating and cooling system was very strong and unhealthy for myself as well as our children with disabilities to be breathin

Great Hotel! The customer service was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, cafe had great coffee and snacks and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and so comfortable. Ralphs restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this Hotel!
