Our room was large and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. We definitely recommend this hotel! It's within walking distance to tbe beautiful Old Town area!

Hotel is ok but nothing feels like 5star hotel

Good location, next to the river, friendly staff, comfortable room and plenty of amenities.

Este hotel é perfeito, desde à recepção, instalações, filtro de água filtrada e gelada nos corredores, silêncio, excelente localização, café da manhã nível 6 estrelas. Parabéns ao Radisson Wroclov e é tida a sua equipe, que fizeram da nossa estadia uma perfeição. Até muito em breve!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Schade ist, dass man frische Eierspeisen nur auf Nachfrage erhält und diese Option auch nirgends kommuniziert wird. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Room was clean but in the toilet there was hair from previous guests on the floor. And inside the shower box. In the breakfast I only realised there was a s la cart menu when asked about other choices of egg. Perhaps a message should be at the table about ectra choices.

Uppgraderade till en juniorsvit. Lite märkligt möblerqd, mycket golvyta. Kändes lite daterad i ytor och inredning.

Rummen var i gott skick. Frukostbuffén var medelmåttig.

Bra hotell men motsvarar inte 5 stjärnor. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Nära till allt och kort promenad till Rådhusplatsen (torget). Hotellet börjar bli i behov av uppfräschning. Utmanade att hotellet har separata utrymmen för medlemmar och övriga gäster.

We had a great stay in Wroclaw and the hotel was great in many ways. However, we had not been alerted to the fact that renovations were being done on the rooms in the 5th floor. Yet, we were still assigned a room immediately below the one that was being renovated. For 2 out of the 3 mornings, we were woken up at 7:00am with loud released noise and pounding on the ceiling. We complained but nothing was done about it except to tell us that they were renovating. Interestingly the noise seemed to stop after 10:00am, which is puzzling. Apart from this significant inconvenience for which there wasn’t even an apology, everything else went well. Thankfully the 3rd morning was a Sunday!

Hotel was clean with an impressive reception area, we were there pre check in so they held the bags without question. There was a New Year’s Eve party in the bar, spoke to one member of staff who said the bar was closed and just walked off. Proceeded to speak with another and she invited us to wait for her and she would serve and made sure we had a great service to close our evening. We took swim stuff as the website specified a spa, unfortunately there was no pool or steam room and only a sauna and treatments available which we thought should have been more specific about.
