I booked this hotel as a 4 stars but it’s NOT. Room is too small, beds are not comfortable at all, like sleeping on a box spring without mattress.. pillows so uncomfortable…had to sleep on a towel under my head.

Tutto ottimo, camera pulita, ottima colazione, personale gentile.

Fijn hotel maar degene die de verlichting bedacht heeft weet echt niet wat hij doet: - geen lichtschakelaar bij de ingang, je moet met je telefoon in het donker op zoek naar de schakelaar. - Lichtknop bij het bed is niet bereikbaar, je moet je bed uit om het licht uit te doen, wie bedenkt zoiets? - Koffie en thee station, er is geen stopcontact om de waterkoker aan te sluiten. Hoe verzin je het? - overal zitten 'fake' schakelaars, een soort plaatjes die eruit zien als schakelaars maar dat niet zijn. Erg irritant.

O hotel fica distante do centro, sem atuações turisticas por perto. Tampe nas há restaurantes bons por oerto. O Hotel na tem comodidades, porém o café da manha é bom.

Sin reportes, a minutos del tren o el metro. La habitación cómoda, limpia. El servicio fenomenal, un saludo a Carlo es muy atento y servicial.

Insonorizzazione drammatica. Tra il traffico sulla strada principale (fino alla mezzanotte, poi moto notturne rombanti), una coppia che parlava a voce altissima in una camera adiacente e le porte sbattute, difficile dormire fino all'1. Rumori ripresi alle 6:30. Doccia fredda o troppo calda, un tetris trovare la temperatura giusta. Un 3 stelle scarso, nella realtà.

Trascorso una notte per ragioni business. Camera pulita ed essenziale. Letto matrimoniale con materassi uniti e purtroppo con altezze diverse. Evitare camere lago interno in quanto l’hotel confina con ferrovia, molto rumorosa.

The bathrooms were dirty and had mold. The sink was clogged. You couldn’t even see through the windows because of how dirty they were. Also, you could hear everything from outside or other bedrooms.

The hotel is very clean with helpful, friendly staff. Buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Close to the metro into Naples centre. Not well served for eating place outside the hotel with no evening meal in the hotel.
