Swimming pool was WOW. Golf course very well kept. A nice chilled stay with beautiful surroundings. Reception staff excelled. Would definitely stay here again. Good location with a nice square across the road.

Great hotel and convenient for transport to Alicante and Benidorm without the commercial bits. Very non tourist area apart from the golf.

Hotel is fine, definitely not 4star. Reception and pool are well kept. Pool is covered in Lino which is peeling off. The rooms are clean but the walls in the corridors could do with repair and painting.Also the lift says that it was deemed unsafe and should have been put out of service last year. Walking distance from the beach and other great restaurants.

staff does not know what they are doing rooms are old. holes in the wall you have to pay a deposite of 200 Euro on arrival

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal – das war wirklich top. Leider war der gym spa Bereich komplett geschlossen, es gab Renovierungsarbeiten, und in meinem Zimmer war die Balkontür defekt sowie die Lüftung im Bad außer Betrieb. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich insgesamt mehr Standard und Komfort erwartet.

Fräscht hotell med fin utsikt över golfbanan. ”Sjöutsikt” på Hotels.com är INTE över medelhavet utan ett vattenhinder på golfbanan. Fräsch poolanläggning, 5min gång till stranden. Lättillgängligt från stationen Campo De Golf. Wifi var slött.

Great staff, excellent breakfast, very comfortable. Easy walking to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

We spent 5 nights at Hotel Alicante Golf and had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly, always available to help and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was lovely, we always found a sun lounger when we needed one (we went early July, don’t know if this was a busy or quiet time), and the poolside cocktails were great but very expensive. We had our first meal in the El Olivo restaurant which was great but expensive, so ate all our other meals outside of the hotel. It’s a short 15 min walk to the beach where there are many restaurants, cafes and bars. The area is very safe and quiet during the day and comes alive at night, but it was still very safe and we did not have any problems with noise at the hotel. It’s a 5 min walk between 2 tram stations which we used to go to Alicante, trams were easy to use and the hotel staff were very helpful explaining this to us. I would definitely return to this hotel, I felt we had a premium experience for a bargain price.

A nice quiet place to stay.

L'hôtel est agréable, stationnement est gratuit. Je suggère d'ajouter une salle de gym vu que cette établissement est immense. Le point faible, c'est l'approche du personnel qui manque de courtoisie , d'approche, pas souriant. Une formation au service de la clientèle s'impose. En général l'hôtel est agréable.
