Overall, a good stay but there were some things that needed improving. My room cards kept deactivating (and after the first time I kept away from my bank cards) so that was really annoying having to go to and from the reception. One of the cleans, I was left a dirty teaspoon to use for tea and coffee. The gym was good and the staff were friendly though. The room was a good size but the air conditioning was very poor so had to keep the window open

The receptionist was very helpful. The bedroom was clean and it had every thing you needed in it. The breakfast was good.

Friendly staff welcomed us, upgraded the room and let us check in super early so we could head out for the day without bags. Lovely spacious room, clean and great amenities too. Fab location for Leeds city centre and the train station. Highly recommended.

Rooms were very clean and fairly spacious. Reception friendly and helpful . Didn’t have breakfast or eat in the hotel but it wasn’t open on the Sunday anyway . Short walking distance from train station and city centre . Nice bar area .

Clean room, perfect location. Beds were not as comfy as i expected. Bathroom door does not have a lock which i would expect if you are staying with kids. Also the water pressure was not very good. It was good for a normal hotel but i was expecting more from novotel.

Easy check in. Room was clean with essentials provided. Perfect location!

Great thank you lovely room. Reception said hotel policy was they couldn’t sterilise my baby’s bottles, which was a bit difficult to do. So not great with newborns/infants. As no microwave in the room or for use anywhere else. But overall good stay
