Hotel stay should parking inclusive may more attractive

Stayed at this lovely place for my first time travelling to Montreal. It has everything you need just like a home and the hotel staffs are amazing! I will definitely come back again!

They charge more extra money for the parking lot

My stay was O-Kay

I would avoid this place at all cost, in fact we ended up leaving without a refund for the second night. It was so so so outdated that you start to question about air quality. The carpets are probably from 1980s and there is planet of holes on the curtain. We were all coughing a lot there (which triggered our leave). The staff were quite reasonable (at least they did not charge me for 2nd night parking) but I will never suggest this place to anyone!

Great place in the city if you want to be close to everything. Rooms are big and well equipped - specially with the kitchen amenities. Heater and AC worked perfectly. Only call out is during checkout - it’s busy - make sure you give yourself plenty of time, I waited about 30min in line. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again! Location is prime!

Clean room, the staff is super nice

Room was great. Nice full-sized fridge and stove. Staff were excellent, as always. Indoor, secure parking is great, with in and out privileges.

This stay was WONDERFUL! What a great area, staff was so hopeful, parking is on site/underground for $36 per night (still a good deal). Fun and clean and a good stay!

Expensive parking and ridiculous elevator process. When you check out and give them your key card at the desk, you can't engage the elevator to get to your car.

The small kitchen in the room was wonderful, though the dish washer soap area was broken, otherwise it was clean with a few new pots.

No cleaningness in The room and the Key cards don’t work all the times. There’s a strong smell in the elevator and smoke odor all over the place., housekeeping only come once a week i guess.? I was there for 3 days but didn’t get my sheets replaced.
