Spacious room, a little dated but clean

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchenette and amenities made it especially convenient for a longer stay. The location was great for exploring Montreal. The only challenge was finding the parking entrance due to ongoing construction in the area, but overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

The room was much more spacious than expected with a good size kitchen. Although we didn’t cook, the fridge came in handy. Unfortunately the bathroom was not super clean, but that may be due to the age of the hotel? And then we did smell marijuana and cigarette smoke from one of the neighbors even though it was not allowed. The staff were otherwise friendly and very helpful and the hotel itself was in a great area - walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The price was right we still would consider staying here again during our next visit.

The place is a 3 stars hotels but it has everything you need for a trip…Kitchen and a comfortable place to stay. It located at downtown, close proximity to Chinatown, IGA, famous smoke meat restaurant etc. I recommended to my friends and family

Hotel is located close to Montreal's Chinatown and about less than 100 metres from Boulevard St-Laurent. The bus stop for the route 747 from the airport is similarly located nearby.

The room was spacious and airy with plenty of windows and natural light. The air conditioning was lacking and couldn't be set for cooler than 23C degrees. The vent blew directly up into the curtain if it was closed, so we had to either leave it open or wedge something against it to push it back far enough that the air blew unto the room. Still then, we couldnt let sunlight in, making the room dark. Kitchen was adequately equipped but would have liked to have dish soap to hand wash a couple of items rather than having to run a 1/4 full dishwasher. Parking was convenient though expensive ($38 CAD per day) and a plus was that we could come and go with a special pass from the front desk. At 9:30 AM there was no hot water and I had to take a cold shower to start my day.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le service du personnel très serviable et professionnel,parcontre ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est l'entrée et sortie avec carte et même l'accès à l'ascenseur de la même façon,ce qui paraît bizarre dans un établissement hôtelier,autre chose qui m'a beaucoup vexé c'est le dépôt de la garantie rendue après avoir quitté le lieu et après inspection du personnel,une chose dont je n'étais pas averti au moment de la réservation et même après réservation, ce qui me paraît n'est pas logique surtout que cette mesure n'est pas appliquée pour tout le monde,tous les clients qui étaient avec moi au moment du check out n'étaient pas concernés ce qui prouve qu'il ya une discrimination paraport à certaines nationalité.

The staff was friendly and super helpful in giving me directions. I was traveling alone so the polite staff was really appreciated. I would also recommend the hotel based on its location. I had a great time in Montréal.
