It was just what I needed.

Apartment was comfortable and good sized, but a little bit dated. A/C blasted cold in one room while another room was a little bit warm. Location was quite good - walkable to many of the tourist sites in town.

Attractions are within walking distance. Cooking utensils sufficient.

Great staff but the hotel is older and this is definitely not the best area of Montreal at night

We loved the full kitchen. It was very convenient for a week-long stay. The location is also convenient.

Extremely helpful staff and clean room as well. Convenient use of washing machines and free coffee is amazing.

Air conditioning only in one room only but no one in the rest area. Had to turn the AC really high so that to circulate in the whole room.

Staff is excellent. Very accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location. Safe and easy to walk to old Montreal in less than 15 minutes.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Amenities within the room were very good but everything was older and slightly worn. Rooms were spacious with 2 queen beds and a separate room with a couch and tv. The ac was cold and not too noisy but it was in the sitting room. Bathroom could have used a cleaning especially the grout lines. It was great having off street parking while there. Overall would recommend

This hotel is in a convenient location with a friendly and helpful bilingual staff. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the kitchen is set up for basic stove top cooking which helps for long stays. We were on an upper floor that was also very quiet. In the two bedroom suite there is no a/c in the main bedroom, which made it very hot during our July stay. The metro is great for navigating the city and it is a short walk. Be aware that there is a considerable homeless population on many of the streets around the hotel, with an obvious drug problem like most Canadian cities. We often stepped over people sleeping in the doorways or on sidewalks, and saw drug paraphernalia and a lot of garbage. As emergency workers in another city we are used to seeing this at work, but families with younger children please take note.

All was good

We stayed for a week and the hotel was great for what we needed. The full kitchen and free laundry were so very helpful when you have 2 kids in a week. The staff were kind and helpful, and didn’t mind my very broken French. The location is close to a lot of things and easy to get to the metro. 100% recommend if you’re like us and prefer to park and not see your car while you’re on vacation.

Very nice place in very nice location

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience.The two bedroom apartment was quite spacious and clean with great views of the city and the staff was very responsive and friendly. Location is great, close to old Montreal and old port as well as jazz fest. We'll definitely stay here again! Parking is about $CAD40 a night with taxes.

Clean room, friendly team & good location

La chambre était correct sans plus Salle de bain désuète avec la toilette qui est mal fixée au sol Très bruyant malgré qu’on était au dernier étage en haut . On entendais tous Les travaux dans la rue en bas.
